Iam one of the tenent who took house for rent managed by housewise. Trust me these guys are big scammers. In the beginning they told nothing about the house, like rain water issue, solar problem, water issue, and list goes on. Once we got to know all the problems and complained about all these they started harassing us telling we have to fix everything by ourself. They will take almost all the money from the advance telling owner is demanding. The house was 30 years old and when we were vacating after just 4 months, we were charged full amount for few electric items which was literally rusting and extra amount for paint. Don’t fall for promise made by housewise. They get big cut from owner of the house. Stay away from these guys * Saw your reply. I should have logged police complaint on your company for giving me bad house and taking all my money. Let’s do that. I have all the proof and emails. Don’t try to cover up things you have done.

Not good at service. They just cheat customer taking initial payment. I see a response from the service provider. They promised something to get customer and now claim some thing else. I will stand by rating for service rendered which is way below par. Their sales force commit some thing and great operations behave indifferently. If they believed standard they should have asked for investigation of property prior and not claim indifferently. Pathetic company

Never do any sort of business from this website. They are fraud. They will never help you in any situation after taking your hard earn money. They promise to give the house for rent/lease and they ask us to pay the money before giving the keys!! They act like a professional company, and once they get the amt no one will response or help. They don’t even have their office to contact nor any customer support. This is a fraud website which lutes innocent people money and never understand customers problem and no help.
