I’ve just started training with Praveen this week and have completed three sessions so far — and I’m already impressed! I joined this gym weighing 94 kg, and in just 4 months, thanks to the incredible support and guidance of my trainer, Anil sir, I've successfully reduced my weight to 78 kg! The gym has a really motivating atmosphere, and the equipment is top-notch. Anil sir designed a personalized training plan that combined strength training and cardio, which was perfect for my needs. He was always encouraging and pushed me to achieve my goals. I feel so much more energetic and confident now. The gym is also very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve been a member of Iconic Fitness Gym for the past four months. The equipment and overall ambience are quite good, but this review is specifically to appreciate my personal trainer, Shafeeh. Shafeeh is highly professional and exceptionally skilled in his training methods. As someone who had never been in a gym before, he made me very comfortable. Under his guidance, I’ve seen a noticeable drop in body fat percentage and a gain in muscle mass. He is truly dedicated to his work—so much so that I doubt he even expects or cares about receiving reviews like this. I was surprised to see how little he’s mentioned in the reviews here, considering the impact he has. He truly deserves more appreciation.
