I'm absolutely loving this gym The atmosphere is perfect motivating and energetic. The staff and members are incredibly friendly, making it a great community to be part of, My trainer has been amazing, super supportive, and has made working out feel so approachable. Best gym with best equipments. Using this gym for more than a year. Highly recommended for people who wants to change their life with better discipline. My trainer Tenzin best on his craft he know very well how to personalize the workout and diet the results are also amazing. From front desk pooja is also a great person whenever I miss my gym she calls and reminds me always ready to help and support. Great hospitality. Excellent service. Will rate 10 out of 5 star.

Worst gym experience I ever had. I took a subscription for 3 months at 5.5k in June. To begin with, I was promised 3 days free personal training sessions, but no trainers even attended to it. When asked about it after the payment, I was told that a floor trainer would help me out with general training and exercise chart, however that trainer was nowhere to be seen till the end of two months. Worst thing of all, a person named Prasanna called me by end of July to remind me that my subscription was over in 2 months, when I had made the payment for 3 months. Equipments are also not maintained properly with none of the weight loading pins working. I was told it's a premium gym but the crowd who comes there don't even have proper gym discipline to rerack the dumbbells after use and the trainers don't mind about it too. I've seen better gym discipline in smaller gyms... Overall waste of time, waste of energy and waste of money...

From day one, he made me feel completely comfortable and welcome, which really helped ease the initial nerves of starting out. The gym itself is top-notch—clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide range of modern machines and weights. Whether it’s cardio, strength training, or functional workouts, there’s everything you need for a complete fitness routine. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, and there’s a real sense of community among the members. It’s clear that the management takes great care in maintaining the space and ensuring a great experience for everyone.
