KA.01 Rooftop Bar and Eats

Small and pretty place. We tried the Rajma Galouti Kebab, Chicken Schezwan Fried Noodles, Butter Chicken Wala Kebab, Cheese French Fries, and more. The service from Tasrif was really good, such a kind man and the overall food was decent but the pizza wasn’t that great, they also gave us regular Chicken Fried Rice instead of the Schezwan, but it was still good. The view from the top isn’t very clear , they’ve added full grills maybe for safety, but it blocks the open feel, there’s open street-side space available, or you can park inside the Ibis basement or the side , it’s free. The washrooms were a bit smelly.

The ambiance is fantastic, offering a relaxed rooftop setting that’s perfect for an evening out with friends. The food is flavorful, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options tasting great. The cocktails are uniquely named after Bengaluru's local areas, adding a fun and nostalgic touch to the experience. However, the prices are on the higher side compared to similar places in the city. One of the standout aspects is the service—the staff is fast and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Overall, KA.01 is a good place to unwind, but the pricing might make you think twice if you're looking for a budget-friendly outing. It's worth a visit for the ambiance and creative drinks!

The service was really bad & food was also very bland. Only the fried rice was good rest I was disappointed with the prawns & other sides.

The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Despite seeing many positive reviews, our experience did not match those at all—making me question their authenticity. We ordered food and drinks as soon as we arrived, yet it took 45 minutes to be served, even though the restaurant was not busy. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended!

Este lugar se encuentra en el rooftop del hotel Ibis. Ofrece un buen ambiente para comer y pasar un rato agradable. Excelente atención por parte de Sibprasad, quién nos atendió en esta ocasión. Los precios están bien, y si te hospedas en el hotel, te dan un porcentaje de descuento. La comida nos pareció buena, sin embargo un poco picante algunos platos, que no decían que lo fueran en el menú. El ambiente es agradable, el único tema es que se permite fumar, y a pesar de que el lugar tiene la opción de ser abierto (sin techo), es incómodo el humo de los fumadores.

KA01 Rooftop Bar and Eats is located on the 8th floor of IBIS, Bengaluru City Centre, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Rd. There are many vegetarian dishes available. Some of the palatable dishes are: Tandoori Soya Chaap, Aloo Pyaz Chur Chur Paratha, Kulfi, etc. Here is my experience at KA01 – >Amazing ambience as it is on the rooftop! >Servers and cooks are polite and friendly. >Food is prepared fresh and pleasant. >Long wait time of orders – this is a drawback! >Plenty of parking is available at IBIS.

Situated in roof top of ibis hotel. Live music was there during our visit. Food & starters was decent. Not much off a crowd. Not a party place. More of a quiet dining space.Starters were ok. Small space more suitable for couple’s who are looking for a quiet place for a date.
