I hope this message finds you well. I’ve been meaning to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at your clinic, and I feel it’s important for you to hear from a genuine customer. When I visited your clinic last, I had informed the doctor in advance that my sister’s wedding is scheduled for June 23rd and that I was only looking for a basic skin cleansing treatment. With several responsibilities on my shoulders for the wedding, I had no intention of spending a large amount of money on skincare treatments. However, I was later contacted by your team and informed about a Buy One, Get One offer, which encouraged me to go ahead with the treatment. Based on that offer, I agreed. But eventually, I was asked to pay a higher amount than what was initially discussed, which was both unexpected and unfair. Additionally, the staff’s attitude during my visit was quite disheartening. One of your team members even commented on the amount I paid in a very unprofessional manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I travelled nearly 80 km from my hometown just to avail this service, based on a recommendation and with certain expectations – and I left deeply disappointed. I have been a loyal customer and even came on the recommendation of others who trust your services. Unfortunately, this experience was the worst I’ve had so far, and I feel that your focus has shifted more towards revenue than genuine customer care. Please consider this as honest feedback. I came for consultation for my underarm issues the doctor was so detailed enough to listen to all our history and identified the root cause and suggests step by step treatment without on the whole levying list of treatments on first go... The first session started with chemical peels by Varsha she did a great job making me know the procedure pros and cons of it before starting and was patiently handling the treatment without hurry burry and every now and then was ensuring if I am comfortable which not all do . I am highly satisfied and waiting for future sessions and outcomes of the treatment.
