I would like to thank Jayanthi madam for her legal advice after analysing the entire plot and survey documents. I identified a plot in BMRDA approved layout and submitted documents for her review. She analysed all the documents and found 3 issues in the plot even though it is part of approved layout. I even approached Anekal planning authority and they too confirmed that purchasing this particular plot is illegal as it does not contain any site release order. Mam has been very supportive and helped guiding and reviews all documents very meticulously, with her support I rejected one builder on which I was trying to invest earlier , on her expert advice I stopped . Later she advised me another property, mam has been very cooperative and charge nominal , God bless you always for doing noble job and saving someone hard earned money .

Ms Jayanthi is not an advocate who will help you when you are in trouble. She has very less knowledge, is very short tempered and not a good listener. She never puts efforts to listen, understand the problem. I would not recommended her if you’ve major properties. She is not a to go person if a person is stuck in a trouble and needs advice. I had a nightmare dealing with her for registering a will. May be good for document verification, notary etc.. Personally, I had to get the will drafted. She won’t review or give any points to add. I had to google and add the points to the will. Better to get another opinion before getting something registered by her advice. She won’t review the document, and if I’ve to review my own document, she takes it very personal. She doesn’t validate the points in the document. She gets the document prepared with any existing document and changes name. She won’t put any effort to add points as per your case. Lots and lots of mistakes in the documents. just BEWARE!! Update: completely false allegations made by the advocate, she is threatening us repeatedly using some unknown numbers. First of all if she does not provide services in kannada why did she even accept it? Just creating stories to hide their flaws.. well done!! And this is how Ms.jayanthi will respond to hide her mistakes, first of all completely irresponsible, secondly put the blame on the Client to in public platform to hide her in capabilities. This is a good example that one has to think before they approach to get something done from this attorney, they are not for support rather to threaten. If they had not accepted it, I would have got a different attorney. Well ma’am you have parents as well. Never misuse old people, justice will be done by god not us.
