Payment is kept as an unknown figure till the end. Some ‘X’ amount is confirmed and every time you go back with the verification/purchase of property's next task lawyer mentions that would be charged extra. So its ‘X’ + infinity. The guidance was on point which is why the ratings are high. But if your budget is tight and you think ‘X’ amount is all you have to pay for the services as you have confirmed, then don’t opt for his services because in best case scenario you will be charged 30% extra. Worst case scenario don’t even ask!
