LITTLE PEARL – MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE & FRAUD I visited Little Pearl Dental Clinic on September, 7 and 8, 2025. On 7 September Dr. Andrea recommended extraction of wisdom tooth #28. I returned on 8 September for the procedure, but after treatment I discovered that teeth #18 and #48 had been extracted instead. I experienced significant pain and dizziness afterward. The clinic later offered a settlement cheque of Rs. 200,000 which was dishonored by the bank. I am sharing this to warn others to double-check diagnoses, read consent forms carefully, and avoid being rushed into extra procedures. Now, I have documented the incident and am considering formal complaints. I've all evidences with me!

Review for Little Pearls Dental Clinic – Dr. Neeraj & Dr. Andrea We recently visited Little Pearls Dental Clinic for my son's dental treatment. During the consultation, Dr. Neeraj and Dr. Andrea examined him and diagnosed four cavities. They took the time to clearly explain the available treatment options. One option was to treat him in the dental chair, and the other was under general anesthesia. Since my son was not cooperative in the dental chair, we decided to proceed with treatment under general anesthesia. Dr. Neeraj thoroughly explained the entire procedure. She is a highly experienced and professional doctor, and the entire team at the clinic was supportive and skilled, which gave us a lot of confidence. The treatment was successfully completed—four cavities were cleaned, and metal crowns were placed to protect the affected teeth. My son recovered very quickly and was able to eat normally within two days. He is now pain-free and smiling happily. LITTLE PEARLS – SERIOUS CASE OF MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE & BRIBERY (Rs. 2 LAKHS OFFERED TO SILENCE ME) Note: I hold concrete evidence supporting this case — including diagnosis details, payment receipts, copies of the cheque they issued, and audio recordings of our conversations. Based on this, I am filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Court, PRACTO, and other relevant authorities. Some of the proof is attached here. PLEASE TAKE 5 MINUTES TO GO THROUGH THE BELOW: • I am not from Bangalore. I had traveled there for work and, based on Google reviews, decided to visit this Clinic for a routine dental checkup. I had no pain in any tooth; it was simply a general checkup. • On Sept 7, 2025 (11:30 AM), I was seen by Dr. Andrea, who suggested extraction of wisdom tooth #28. This seemed reasonable, so I agreed. I returned the next day, Sept 8, 2025 (1 PM), for the procedure. • Surprisingly, the clinic had no computerized or soft-copy records of my diagnosis. • Before the procedure, I clearly informed the extraction specialist, Mr. Mueedul Islam (appointed by clinic owner Dr. Neeraja Raju), that I would be flying back to the U.S. within 3 days and asked if extraction was safe under such circumstances. He assured me it was fine. Immediately afterward, he administered anesthesia and asked me to sign a consent agreement stating that if complications arose during extraction, the clinic would not be liable — shifting all responsibility to the patient. Although unusual, I signed it. • During the consultation, Mr. Islam seemed more focused on selling additional treatments, repeatedly insisting I undergo implant grafting for a missing tooth — a procedure clearly not feasible in a single day. This raised suspicions about his intentions. • After the extraction, I returned to my hotel only to discover a horrifying mistake: instead of removing tooth #28, they had extracted teeth #18 and #48 — both wrong teeth! Since I was under anesthesia, I had no awareness during the procedure and trusted the doctors completely. • Shocked, my partner and I rushed back to the clinic at 2 PM the same day (Sept 8, 2025). • Dr. Neeraja Raju listened but never once apologized. Instead, she attempted to justify the error, claiming those teeth were "anyway in bad shape" and would have needed removal eventually. This was completely false and inconsistent with Dr. Andrea’s diagnosis the previous day, which Dr. Andrea herself admitted in front of Dr. Neerja. • At this point, I was in severe pain, dizziness, and distress. I wanted to leave, but my partner stayed back to question them further. • Rather than taking accountability, Dr. Neerja Raju and Mr. Islam shifted blame onto me, citing the consent form I had signed. The truth was: when I signed it, the form contained only general information without tooth numbers. Later, they fraudulently modified the form to include tooth numbers, which was clearly visible when they presented it again. • My partner warned that we would involve law enforcement. Their arrogant response was: "Go ahead, do it. We will handle it" — taking advantage of the fact that I was not local. • By evening (~6 PM), guilt clearly weighed on them. Dr. Neeraja Raju arranged a meeting with her husband and Mr. Islam, where they apologized and handed us an SBI cheque of Rs. 2 lakhs to settle the matter. • My partner accepted the cheque in good faith, but when deposited, it bounced. We informed Dr. Neeraja of this, sarcastically thanking her for deceiving us further. We then rejected any future monetary settlement, as their intentions were clearly fraudulent. • Ultimately, I was left in extreme pain, with permanent damage and mental distress caused by gross medical negligence, fraud, and unethical conduct at Little Pearl Dental Clinic (Dr. Neeraja Raju and her team). A MESSAGE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ⚠️ DO NOT BLINDLY RELY ON 5-STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS. AT LITTLE PEARL CLINIC, WE WERE ALSO PRESSURED TO LEAVE A 5-STAR REVIEW DURING AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER PROCEDURE. THEY EVEN CAME TO US WITH A QR CODE AND INSISTED WE WRITE A 5 STAR REVIEW ON THE SPOT!!!

Dr. Neerja is a very good doctor—kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She is extremely kids-friendly, which makes children feel comfortable during consultations. She takes time to explain everything clearly to parents, listens with care, and gives the right guidance. Her calm and positive approach builds trust and makes every visit stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent pediatric care.

The best pediatric dentist in town hands down. Wonderful set of doctor. My kid had multiple dental carries and his first visit to the dentist. We met Dr. Andrea who explained us the treatment plan and made us so comfortable on the first visit itself that we had no second thoughts and choose little pearl for my kid's dental treatment.
