Maple Suites Service Apartments

Pour le prix que j'ai payé , la douche était cassée , le sèche-cheveux était caché il y avait des animaux dans le lit heureusement il n'y avait pas de cafard ce qui est un bon point . C'est un hôtel qui a nécessité de très bons investissements au début et qui a de nombreux moyens mais qui malheureusement n'a pas été assez entretenue par son propriétaire et une bonne partie des équipements sont en panne, les boiseries des portes sont abîmées et non remplacés la tapisserie pareil. La location est intéressante et le personnel est sympa dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas entretenu comme il se doit

It was nice place. We had some guests so we chose to them to stay in Maple service apartments. It is really good enough to recommend to others.

The staff were very helpful and very kind, they really did all the could to make us feel comfortable and the location was very calm and relaxed. The property could really do with an upgrade, the wallpaper was peeling off the rooms, the bathroom was in need of a good scrub, the rim of the shower area were black the area under the sink was in bad condition. the fridge that was provided in the room had ice formed in the freezer and could not be used. Two of the bedroom sheets were torn!!! The shelves in the fridge in the Kitchen (breakfast area downstairs) is black with dirt / or very very old and dirty!) We arrived late night and checked out once we had woken up and found another place to stay! The rate was high for what was being offered and the property does not live up to the pictures posted.

Standard Rooms are not mentioned well. Unusual Smell available in room. Smoking smell in Stair Area. Breakfast and Security service are good. Suggestion : Standard Rooms have balcony area, if you maintain some flowers and plants there. It's will be more attractive and premium. Some renovations also need.

Suited our needs perfectly for a month-long stay to visit family. The staff is super friendly, smiley, and eager-to-please. The neighborhood people are also friendly, as are the neighborhood street dogs. The dogs howl at dawn when they ring the prayer bells at the Krishna temple next door - hilarious! The breakfast was always good and there was enough variety offered that I didn't get tired of it even after a month. Our apartment was cleaned very well, but the kitchen was not fully equipped. Staff provided a few more dishes and cook stove, ect. upon request.

I must say the location is hard to beat. A family-friendly Bangalore hotel in Hennur. The location of the hotel is perfect. Maple Suites is an ideal base camp for both business travellers and families. I was impressed with the location of this hotel and its decor. Worthy of note is that every single Maple Suites employee we encountered, presented themselves with a smile and proper greeting. While the place is immaculate, and not lacking anything, the true standout at the hotel is the friendly and courteous staff. This is a great hotel. The rooms were larger than normal downtown hotel rooms. The rooms were clean, recent upgrades and consistent maintenance were evident. The interiors of the rooms are done well. They have thoughtfully designed amenities to ensure that each aspect of a guest’s stay is well attended to. The food was absolutely amazing, excellent staff and phenomenal service. I appreciated their prompt-professional service, good selection is you want to be careful with what you eat. It was a delightful dining experience - Divine food ! We celebrated my daughter's birthday there and it is a great hang out place with friends so, recommend this venue for get-together and special occasions. Place is neat and tidy, we had 10+ mbps speed of Internet. Car and bike parking no problem. Service was good. Balcony view was good. Dedicated smoking zone was available.
