"WARNING : Avoid Kumar technician at all costs ! We got our washing machine repaired by him LAST WEEK ️, but it broke again ! We called the company for almost 5 DAYS , and when Kumar finally came, he LEFT IN BETWEEN without fixing the issue! He just abandoned the job mid-way , forcing us to call another vendor to fix the problem . Super unprofessional and annoying ! Zero customer service skills . Company needs to take action against him . 1/5 stars ⭐️"
