RED FLAG ! STAY AWAY from this property if you want peace of mind ! Scamster is what i will call them... Most of the high ratings you see here are FAKE ... They will take booking , take advance payment, provide confirmation receipt also ! - and then at the last moment will Deny the accepted booking, and will try to give you some other shady property ! I booked a 3BHK and 4BHK with them for a family gathering in July 2025, and they simply refused to give it and tried to give an alternate arrangement ! CHECK Google Reviews with 1 star and you will find similar experience from other customers !! DO NOT , DO NOT BOOK with them ... especially if you are planning for a family gathering and longer stay ! Do not go by the property owner good words , or someone else promises , even receipt ! I have all receipt and whatsapp confirmation , which they will refuse ...

Cooking meals was effortless, and the setup made us feel right at home. Adding to the convenience, the apartment is strategically located next to a supermarket, which made shopping for groceries and essentials incredibly easy. This proximity saved us time and effort, especially given the nature of our trip. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service. Every day, the staff came to clean the apartment, ensuring everything was spotless and organized. They were attentive to our needs and always went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. The manager, in particular, stood out for being incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay all the more pleasant. Overall, our stay was seamless, comfortable, and stress-free. We’re already looking forward to returning for our next visit and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to others seeking a hassle-free, family-friendly accommodation.

fantastic experience with the quality of the space, rooms and most importantly the location. walking distance from shops, malls, restaurants, pharmacies and even doctors office if you needed it. Reasonably priced for a great accommodations. I like the hosts promptness in communicating and also willingness to help. i have stayed here multiple times and its become my go to place when i visit Bangalore. Would go again in a heartbeat. Has great WIFI service part of the apartment.

This accommodation is nearby to Apollo Hospital, and is a great place to stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with lift, all necessities. Also there is a grocery store downstairs which is very convenient. The house helpers are very kind and friendly, always ready to help in your needs. I highly recommend this place for any Maldivian looking forward for their stay in bangalore .

Super spacious, clean and well taken care by Prem and team. We came for a wedding with people from 6 months to 75years. Well stocked convenient store nearby.
