Visited Music House recently to get a guitar string replaced, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. They not only helped me choose the right string but also fixed it on the spot with care. The store has a good collection of instruments and accessories too. Definitely a go-to place for musicians — whether you're a beginner or a pro.

One of the best places in Namma Bengaluru to purchase good quality instruments. The brands are trustable and the tone is very accurate. Very good store and amazing service. Avhi (Avinash) passionately and patiently showed around all the guitars and explained the details. Spent nearly 5 hours. I am relatively a beginner and wanted to find the right electric guitar. Avhi showed and demoed a bunch of guitars and I ended up with a Fender squire sonic in cali blue and a black star amp. Me and my daughter will be continuing our guitar journey with this . Had a great day at the store. Thx Avhi . Best shop and best service, do check this place out if you are in for a new instrument.

I've been a very old customer of Music House and it has been a very good experience since the first day I walked into the store. Special thanks to Mr. Rohit, who has been very friendly and reasonable when it comes to providing information, sales and discounts. Glad to have purchased most of my studio equipment from Mr. Rohit and team.
Even quite recently, I had a very smooth and prompt experience while purchasing an item which needed to be sourced from elsewhere, where Mr. Rohit provided a very fast response time and competitive prices and also facilitated home delivery which was a huge bonus. Great experience overall, will definitely recommend. Keep up the great service.

I wanted an e-drum with a warranty. Amazon had options, but dealing with the seller for any issues would be time-consuming and take extra effort. So, I bought the Alexis e-drums from Music House at almost the same price as Amazon, but with a one-year warranty. Now, I can relax knowing that if anything goes wrong, Music House will take care of it. Plus, their representatives were very helpful and answered all my questions. It's also important to support our local stores. If we don't, we might end up complaining that there are no music stores left in the city.
