Loved the experience. Polite staff. Got acrylic nail extensions. Its pricey but worth it. The stylist was very helpful and treated my nails as if it's her own (Her name is Alei, grateful for her ). It has a clean and cute aesthetic place, evening times or noon is very crowded so better have an appointment.

Sonla did the most amazing job at getting my wedding nails ready. It was exactly like the reference picture. She suggested the best alternatives for my nails so as to reduce any damages and took good care of my nails. Loved it! 😀

I paid Rs.4k odd yesterday to get a gel mani/ pedi, only to see it chipped today! Service was mediocre and you're not informed about the services on the phone and they don't share the pricelist with you as their management team does not want. But I think as a customer, I am legally able to ask to get the pricelist. Anyway, I won't be a retuning customer here for a hefty price tag for a mediocre job!

Very unprofessional experience. This was my first experience and even after saying multiple times not to file vigorously yet they did and it was hurtful a lot. Secondly the pricing is absolutely shady. In pricing booklet it is mentioned 1000 for acrylic but it is without taxes. Secondly they dont mention there is 700 for nail color separately. All Without taxes. So a thought of going with 1k expense became 2006 Not recommended.

I visited Nailashes after checking their prices and reviews. When I asked, they told me ₹1000 for extensions and ₹700 plus GST for solid color. But they never mentioned that nail designs would cost extra. I was charged ₹240 for a simple French tip for two fingers and ₹300 for a design. This kind of pricing should have been communicated clearly from the start. The nail artist doing my nails was not professional. He didn’t even greet me back when I greeted him and could barely understand me. When I asked for suggestions, he pushed the most expensive option without explaining anything. I ended up choosing a design from my Pinterest. The total bill was ₹2643, which is just unreasonable. For context, my friend got her nails done elsewhere for ₹1699 with better service and results. I honestly felt looted. The reviews seem forced and do not match the experience I had. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for transparency, value, or professionalism.
