Went to buy wedding saree on mar 31st ! Very bad customer service. I asked for saree with pure Zari in gold or pastel or red colour. The guy said flat no on my face and Showed me one ugly saree and said this is what we have no color , no saree , no options ! No problem I took my 4 lakh business to vahramahalakshmi that’s right in front of this store .

I have visited Nalli silks in Jayanagar after my excellent experience with Nalli silks in Chennai. However their Jayanagar store does not have a quality collection in below 10k range. I was surprised to see the lack of variety and design. Customer service is fine but it can be bettered. Overall we did not buy anything here.. just crossed the road and brought our choice of Saree from Kanchipuram Varamahalaxmi silks.

Nallis is one of the old and popular brand among the silk sari shops of Bangalore. I am a regular here for any sari purchase for family occasions and when guests visit us and want to buy sari for family and friends way back at native. Nallis has multiple outlets in Bangalore and this one at Jayanagar is easily accessible and has sufficient parking space. It is a multi-story shop selling - sari, dhoti, dress materials and kids' clothes. The best part of Nallis is the range. They have something for everyone. Starting from a low range till the highly expensive ones. There is something for all. Service experience will vary based on the staff member. Few staff members are very energetic, enthusiastic and helpful. While few will have a laid back approach. One can always reach out to senior managers in case the service is not as per expectations. Senior management is very attentive and helpful.

Silk saree store with huge variety. Expensive sarees! Popular in ladies! Three floors and restroom in 2nd and 3rd floors. Elevator available. Parking available in basement and in front of shop!

Staff is friendly. Nice atmosphere. Staff wear masks and maintain distance. Very good practice. My mother felt, they don't open the saree completely while displaying it to the customer. And they should provide at least a jute bag to the customer. The sarees we buy are expensive ones. They provide paper bags which is good initiative but these are very fragile.not good for carrying sarees. So I suggest, if you plan to shop here, carry your own bag.
