I’ve always respected Pai International as a reputed brand, but my recent experience at the Mahadevapura branch was extremely disappointing. All the staff members at this branch lack basic customer service etiquette. They speak rudely and show absolutely no respect to customers. One staff member in particular, unprofessional and behaved in a manner that felt more like rowdyism than sales. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also damaging to the reputation of a trusted brand like Pai. I give this branch a 0/10 and sincerely hope that the management takes strict action to train their staff and uphold the standards that Pai is known for.

I’m highly disappointed with pai store. Purchased butterfly gas stove in December. One of the burner knob gave problem in February and it was not getting turned off. It was an emergency situation and we had turned off the gas regulator as burner knob became faulty all of sudden. Called pai store and they said they would raise complaint to butterfly and expected resolution would be 3 working days. I explained them the emergency situation at home but they were least bothered. I received sms about complaint after a while. But I had to arrange other option to address the emergency situation. Great thing is the complaint got closed after 3 days and I haven’t received any call asking for the problem. I will never purchase anything from pai store going forward. I had good experience with adishwar and girias stores before and they used to address any issue promptly. Please be careful and watchful if anyone wants to purchase anything from pai.

Very very poor service by the stafs we want to check the loan eligibilty but they are very badly treated us They have no patience We just wanted check the cibil is it eligible they dint even asked for number they were lyk nonono
