This is the only women’s gym in the entire RT nagar and JC nagar that provides complete training and Monica is an awesome trainer she provided me with a complete diet chart and an awesome training routine which made me loose 5 kgs in just 2 months… just because the month of Ramadan came in between I had to take a break.. the only place where you should be careful about the pricing because the admin can almost dupe you so be vigilant… Monica is highly recommended as she knows her work professionally please don’t go on her stature she’s really very strict about the workout plan and don’t take her lightly she builds a bond with her clients and pretty much everyone ends up reaching their targeted weight

I have taken 2year of membership. Before covid my experience to the gym was good. And Trainer was too good they use to conduct group classes and every Saturday yoga classes which was really good . I enjoyed it…After covid there was not much what I was expecting. Due to trainer and management changes. Trainer was not give much attention. If u guys are looking for the gym who has all the amenities like more of equipment like unisex gyms does. This gym doesn’t have. U can ur self fit by doing Cardio and some tonning exercise. Just to make ur self fit.. my one request to the gym management is to if ur convincing people to take membership… please give the facilities like that also.. don’t give false hope to the customers. It’s been 2 months since I joined to this centre & I wanted to take some moment to share my experience about this gym. Firstly thanks to the manager Shubham, he is very kind & the way of communication with the clients is much good. When it comes to trainers, this fitness centre is having a good ones. My trainer is Richard Bernard. The way he teaches & the way he explains gives the best results with deep understanding about those workouts. Encouragement wise also he will push us to good level which keeps us to go forward & motivates. Cleanliness is upto the mark & well maintained. I have been working out here since a year now. The gym is not that big but we’ll maintained. There can be peak hours, you will have to plan your timings. Tried personal training as well. Syed is a crazy good trainer. He will push you a lot. Pushed me out of my comfort zone. Something I needed really badly. Usually not a big fan of trainers, but this experience has been very different. Recommended. The gym overall(if timed well) is also recommended.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the gym. I joined on September 24 with a one-year plan, but unfortunately, I had to stop attending due to severe back pain after just 13 days. When I requested an extension of my membership by one year from the date I last attended (July 25), I was met with a blunt “no” without any explanation or follow-up. It seems the gym is only interested in attracting new members, not supporting existing ones who face unforeseen circumstances.

We attended the WTC karnataka championships event here in 03rd May 2025 and this review is not about the gym or services related to body building etc rather about the WTC KA event management. Neat washrooms. Quite a spacious gym , the reason why they preferred hosting the events within the gym itself with 50+ participants. Overpriced registration for all events , 3 categories, whopping ₹3K registration which signifies why sports has turned into a profitable business venture for greedy business class just like our education and healthcare, quite obvious why we shouldn’t expect olympic medals from a corrupt nation like India . All developed nations provide education, healthcare and sports training for nearly free . They could have offered refreshments to athletes at least . The prize distribution is meaningless as they have medals and certificates to all. They used their gym equipment for the competition which means they book profit from the registration fees . For me , It’s not recommended to participate in their future events . Feels like the whole day wasted .

This is the best warehouse gym in Bengaluru for all the fitness enthusiasts which has recently opened and has become my favourite one in no time. They have all kinds of equipment and it’s such a massive place where athletes of different kinds can train. I personally have started my powerlifting journey here and the coaches and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this gym to amateurs and pros, especially weightlifters and powerlifters. You should definitely check this place out as soon as possible 🙂

Deshwal.Fit is a very well set up Fitness Studio where they target at long lasting weight loss. I was part of the 90-day Transformation and though I couldn’t continue, my experience and weight loss has been great. Sachin (my fitness coach) has been very supportive throught by helping me with fat loss. Everyday is a new kind of workout day. This kept it intresting. Overall ambience and feel of the gym is nice. Something that will want you to go back the next day for another training session

Edit: I have been with this gym for close to 3 years. The gym management needs to change and the owner needs to hand it over to competent folks. It has potential but it is being run in a way which is bound to slowly kill it. They have started acting like a government office having multiple days off(a holiday on a “bandh” which even the CM didn’t support among dozen others), put up ugly reflective surfaces making it look like a cheap gym, escalating prices while reducing the upkeep and maintenance. There is minimal cost to run it on Sundays for longer hours and make it more consistent in terms of keeping it open. Unfortunately or not, it’s the only decent gym in the vicinity.

The gym is one of the best in the area. But I am very disappointed with the unprofessional management of the gym. I had enrolled for annual group classes in the gym, the classes were going fine and most importantly the trainers were top notch. But one day abruptly without any information, the group classes were cancelled and a new batch of trainers were introduced, the old classes were replaced, again without any prior notice. I had paid for the classes but had to discontinue as those classes were not anymore part of the gym. I have attended the new classes but they were not up to the mark, the classes were slow paced and not energetic. Many of my gym friends resonate the same feeling. Hopefully, Ayaz’s classes are back and I can join back the gym.
