I have taken my pet dog Cherry for grooming over here and I wondered why I didn’t knew this pet salon before. They really did an amazing job on my German Spitz though she was too much hyperactive during the trimming they had all the patience to do her look prettier. They bathed, dried, trimmed her hair and nails very diligently for more than 2 hours. It was totally worth it as they used high quality products and maintained hygiene at every step. They took utmost care of my Cherry and I am definitely taking her again there.

It was our first visit to this place with our 10 months old shih tzu. It was really a nice place with high ratings. It’s basically a pet grooming place and not a clinic, if you are looking for a grooming place, i recommend this place. Even though it’s our first visit, I liked their service.
My dog had little knots here and there so had to get him a full body trim but I wanted his head part and tail part to be retained so, they eventually handled with care.
My furry baby was bit worried at first as it was his first time getting a hair cut, but the people out there were so nice to my dog and made him sit calmly and got the his hair cut done.
It basically takes hours like 2 to 3hrs depending on the dogs hair and type of dog and also the behaviour of our dogs.
They also do makeover for your cats as well.
When I went there, I literally saw like 10 to 12 shih tzu’s coming there for a makeover.
And the good part is the glass is clear and not opaque so you can even see our furry baby’s from outside. Not like other shops where it’s closed or somewhere inside and you are not allowed to see your pets.
So, I highly recommend this place !!

Took my Shih Tzu for grooming…. Absolutely worth spending every single penny!! Very patient and professional. My dog’s hair was in a pretty bad condition because of the previous spa. They just changed him entirely!! Must say their products worked wonders on his Hair!

My pet Golden retrieve was infected with ticks.
Consulted doctor they suggested to get my pet trimmed completely so that medications can be applied properly.
That’s when I searched on Google and met this person.
I just explained him this what has happened to my pet so I need to get my pet trimmed and need ticks medication.. So he responded and came on time.
1. Trimmed my pet completely.
2. Applied tricks related shampoo and washed my pet.
3. Cleaned ears with pet ear cleanser liquid.
Price was also fine.. Even pet grooming shops charge same.

The behaviour was best as we parents of pet mostly thik of groomers who be friendly not only with us but also with dog he care about dog as his own most way i loved his behaviour towards my dog .. as he use to play and make him happy and groomed him well it was very comfortable for me bcs he handled my pet alone as i know all the groomers are not as gud as him bcs they just like to finish there work and get off but he even see any problem tat our pet facing and he even wil give u some best tips and many more tat even plays important role for pet parents .

One of the best per boarding in Bangalore I have come across, very caring and loving people. My dog was safe and happy , they treat all dogs as their own dogs with extra care .

Tails of the city has been our go to place to take our kitten now cat for full grooming, you get appointments easily on weekdays, weekends it’s a bit tricky given they are popular and have limited slots.

Groomer is very good, he makes the pets at ease before start of grooming session and then takes good care of the pet during bath, nail clipping or hair cut.

We have been regulars to this place for an year almost now and would definitely recommend the place to others

So I heard about this place from a couple of people and their service seems to be really good, I gave the thought and visited this place for grooming session on my fur baby!

The service was good, the only thing need to keep in mind is the cleanliness and sanitation. The place was full of other dog hairs and other mess which is a high risk for any pup as there might be ticks and fleas. I had to ask them to clean it before taking his service ( though the floor was still full of it).

The groomer was really friendly with the dog, and handled him really well. It wasn’t much of a haircut so I will looking forward for next service to post anything.

The ambience and the place is really cute. It was such a good feeling when you walk through the centre. ♥️

Just a suggestion- please do hire more professional groomer and maintain the cleanliness after each service.

Amazing service. The care and precaution with which my dog- dodo was groomed is astounding. They have a waiting area with free wifi and games and books to read while you wait for the grooming to be done. Absolutely loved it! Will come here again for the services!
