I visit Heads Up For Tails quite often, and it’s hands down one of the best places for pet grooming and shopping. The grooming staff is always gentle and professional—my pet is comfortable with them, and that says a lot. The product range is fantastic, from quality food and treats to toys and accessories that actually last. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful every time. It might be slightly on the expensive side, but the quality of service and products makes it absolutely worth it. A go-to spot for any pet parent!

Nice store, the range is fantastic . Picked up dry food and harness for our pet. Jagadish was very helpful and courteous. Gratitude to him for all the assistance he provided. This brand has grown and they are really trust worthy in terms of quality and price too. Recommend this brand and this store highly.

This is my go to store for all my pet needs. From their variety/ collection to their comfort of being hospitable, it’s everything I loveee, to spend time shopping for my most loved one!!

I’ve been shopping at Heads Up For Tails in Defence Colony for over 10 years now, and I can honestly say it feels like family. The team is always so warm, kind, and welcoming — they’ve watched my dogs grow up and have cared for them with so much love and attention over the years. Their grooming is consistently amazing — my dogs not only look great but are always so calm and happy after every visit. The service at the store is exceptional, and their genuine love for animals shines through in everything they do. I’m so grateful for this wonderful team and the care they continue to give to my fur babies.

Visited HUFT Indiranagar branch for maintenance grooming. The store itself is well maintained and has a good range of products. However, I was disappointed with the grooming service this time. My pet’s teeth didn’t appear to be cleaned properly, the sanitary trim was only half done and the paw trim was limited to just the bottom, the middle was left untouched. Unlike the previous visit, which was decent, this experience was not satisfactory. What bothered me most was how the groomer handled my pet. I even heard him rebuking my dog, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning here for grooming services.

I’ve been a loyal HUFT customer for 3.5 years and a regular at this outlet for 2.5 years. In February, due to an emergency, we were delayed in picking up our dog post-grooming. We informed the staff about the delay and apologized sincerely upon arrival — both to them and our pet. Unfortunately, we were met with rude taunts from a couple of staff members. Later, I discovered my number had been blocked — calls to the outlet went unanswered for months. Even attempts to reach out via another HUFT location led nowhere, despite promises of a callback. Out of curiosity, I tried calling from my dad’s number — they picked up immediately. Today, we returned to the outlet after several months and were again met with a snide remark for being just 10 minutes late. While I can’t definitively prove my number was blocked, I have multiple call records over the last two months. It breaks my heart that my dog can no longer visit his favourite groomer, and I’m now forced to look for an alternative. This experience felt needlessly rude and deeply personal. Never stepping foot into 6th main outlet. Their staff is happy to lose loyal customers over one incident of being late due to a very serious personal emergency!
