Heads Up For Tails Store & Spa - Vittal Mallya, Bengaluru

I’m a regular customer at Heads Up For Tails and usually happy with your products. However, I bought this tug toy from your store on Saturday, and within just 3 days, it has already come apart. I’ve attached a photo for reference. My dog is quite docile and played with it gently, so I was surprised to see it fall apart so quickly. Tug toys are generally designed for rougher use, so I expected better durability.

We stepped into the very friendly and welcoming spa of HUFT (at Vittal Mallya Rd) to be greeted by - THE BEST set of folks Vir & I have ever come across. Lead instructor, Sam took charge of everything as soon as we entered and made us feel very much at ease (this is stating alot because it was our first appointment). As a pet parent I was naturally concerned for the experience but never worried after meeting Sam. While the total duration of Vir’s grooming took about 30 minutes, I could window shop on the ground floor and look at potential things we would need as the little one continues to grow. Elizabeth helped us tremendously with these details / products that could benefit my little vegetarian four-legged family member (Yes, there are vegetarian /vegan options , right from meals, treats and icecreams!!) We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary massage today and all-in-all, are grateful for such a heart warming and canine calming experience! Thank you to Liberty & team for all your advice and wonderful surprises today! A big shout out to Puppy, for enduring us at the store I highly recommend HUFT( Up for ) for all things canine/feline! They should be your GO-TO for your little one’s .

Satish has always been so very prompt and efficient. Before the food for my dogs get over he reminds me every 4 weeks . Always polite. And in case of emergency also delivers the products promptly.

My go to store for all my baby’s needs, wants and luxuries. The staff at the store know my pets requirements even without having to ask and are always friendly and welcoming. Been a loyal HUFT customer since the day they were ‘PAWS’ and have never been disappointed till date.

I had ordered my pet needs from them. They catered all my request and communicated with pictures of the products with lot of patience. They have very good collection for all ur pet needs. Good organic products too. They didn't even charge for the delivery. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service and the products. My Pet Rudra loved it. I appreciate their time and service, also would recommend the place.

Interesting store. Pet lovers will love this place. Located in a busy area with a parking facility, Spa, toys and you get everything your pet needs. Sofa beds are really good and available in all sizes. Loki is a heart stealer in the entrance He is a sweet heart but very busy fellow. Keep spreading love Loki bai. Give the best life for your pets.
