I took my Rottweilers to kuddle pet care for leash pulling training, and I’m really happy with the results. The trainers were professional, patient, and clearly experienced with large, strong breeds. My dog used to drag me on walks, but now he walks calmly by my side. The improvement is noticeable, and it’s made our walks so much more enjoyable. Negligent Vet Visit from Kuddle Led to the Death of My Puppy I am heartbroken and devastated to share that my 47-day-old Doberman puppy, Zoro, passed away after receiving a negligent vet visit arranged through the Kuddle app. Zoro was showing clear signs of illness, which is why I booked an at-home vet appointment hoping for professional help. The vet who arrived did not examine, touch, or assess my puppy’s health condition in any way. Without any check-up, he administered both a vaccine and deworming medication on the spot. Later that day, Zoro’s condition worsened dramatically. I rushed him to a nearby animal hospital, where a senior vet diagnosed him with parvovirus. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that vaccinating and deworming a visibly sick puppy is irresponsible and dangerous, and likely weakened his immune system, reducing his chances of fighting the virus. This careless action ultimately cost Zoro his life. I have spoken with three different Kuddle customer support representatives since then, each promising a callback after consulting with the vet and their internal team. It has now been over four days, and I have received no response, no explanation, no apology, no accountability. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I trusted Kuddle to provide qualified care for my puppy, but what I got was rushed, unprofessional, and negligent service, followed by silence. The emotional trauma, guilt, and helplessness of losing Zoro in this way is something I wouldn’t wish on any pet parent. I urge Kuddle to take responsibility, thoroughly review this case, and ensure no one else has to suffer this kind of heartbreak because of careless decisions and lack of proper medical judgment. Zoro deserved better. All our pets do.

Sorry to mention but Kuddle Support is pathetic. Thery were chasing when they wanted to sell me the puppy training package. And when I showed my dissatisfaction and asked for refund.they stop responding and did not issue the refund yet. I am following up with them now for more than 10days. Please do not opt their service I have read reviews where people are also questioning there grooming service. Puppy Training Experience- I would also like to share when the trainer came home for first few sessions where he is supposed to give pee and poop training. The puppy did not respond to his training method well. My puppy was already trained and using the washroom 6/10 times and after the training session he stopped using the washroom instead. So I had to teach him again to become comfortable in the washroom. Also, without my consent the trainer took a video of puppy using washroom for his business and uploaded in their app as a progress report which is completely wrong as I am the one who has trained my puppy and not the trainer.

I had a wonderful experience with Kuddle Pet Training for my dog, Max. The trainers were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I really appreciated their use of gentle, positive reinforcement techniques—Max responded so well to them! Each session was well-organized, and the trainers took time to explain what was happening and how I could continue the training at home. I noticed a big improvement in Max’s behavior—he’s more obedient, calmer, and even more social now. The scheduling process was super easy and flexible, and the team always communicated clearly and gave helpful tips. Kuddle has not only helped Max become a better-behaved dog but also helped me build a stronger bond with him. I’m truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to any pet parent looking for loving and effective training.

Their grooming services are amazing and i visit them every month . Stuff is very helpful and my pets are comfortable with them . Place is neat and clean. However their treats , leashes , collar etc range is very limited and priced high so i usually avoid buying treats from there .

I'm trying to socialise two adult dogs that I've adopted. I couldn't have done it without the training services provided by Kuddle. Mr.Suresh is a very experienced dog trainer. His techniques gave me a lot of confidence in training my dogs and their socialization. I highly recommend kuddle- especially for behavior training. It's money well spent.
