Visited Reliance Digital recently, and honestly, the experience was below expectations. The customer service is very poor — no one was available to assist or guide, and the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations and tasks than attending to customers. Felt completely ignored while trying to get help with a product. On the positive side, the store does have a wide range of products with a decent selection of smart gadgets and electronics. Availability isn’t an issue at all — you’ll find most of what you’re looking for here. However, there are no discounts, offers, or promotions for first-time buyers or walk-in customers, which was quite disappointing. In today’s competitive market, you’d expect at least some kind of welcome deal. If you’re clear about what you want and don’t need assistance, it might work for you. But if you value attention and proper customer support, you may want to consider other stores.

I had an excellent experience—purchased a vacuum cleaner and was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary gift as well. The staff was exceptionally helpful and supportive, with special appreciation for Komal Ji, whose assistance was truly commendable.

It was a very good purchase experience. I would especially like to appreciate David, who stayed with us throughout the entire bank process. Although it was a lengthy procedure, David stood by us until everything was completed. The finance desk was also very helpful — they clearly explained the process and ensured everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this store for electronic purchases.

Waiting from past 1 hour no one is there to and no contact number has displayed near by very bad experience

I always have a great experience whenever I visit this store. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They consistently provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere, making each visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate Mr.Abuzar for his excellent customer service and the genuine way he interacted with us. Highly recommended.
