I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Empire Restaurant on Church Street, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. Mr. Mohammad Khan, who served as my table captain, played an instrumental role in making my visit memorable. From the moment I sat down, Khan exhibited an outstanding level of hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was flawless. He was attentive without being overbearing, constantly checking in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel incredibly valued as a guest. This was my second visit to the Church Street branch, and thanks to Khan’s impeccable service, it was a standout experience. I was so impressed that I personally assured him I would be sharing a review to highlight his outstanding contribution. The quality of service provided truly elevated my entire experience—it wasn’t just the food that left me satisfied, but the thoughtful and personalized attention to detail. It is rare to encounter such dedicated and skilled individuals, and I sincerely hope the restaurant continues to employ such exemplary staff. Khan’s service was a testament to the excellence this branch strives to maintain. I wish him all the best in his career, and I extend my sincere gratitude for his exceptional service. Kudos to the Church Street branch for upholding such high standards and for having a staff member like Khan who undoubtedly contributes to the restaurant’s success. Keep up the great work!

Had a great dining experience at Empire Restaurant in Bangalore! Vishal served us and he was absolutely fantastic—one of the best salesmen we’ve come across. He recommended the Bayja Fry, which turned out to be outstanding. We also tried the classic Empire Kebab, and everything was delicious. The food, service, and overall vibe were spot on. Definitely coming back again

Actually the restaurant was quite silent but the service was the worst experience sitting after the 25 min manger came taking the order. Mainly i have ordered Fiery basa fish fillet that feels like heavy oil in that . Prices are high quality was less. Much should improve.

Big Pitcher has been our regular choice for office parties, and it never disappoints. The ambience is vibrant, service is spot-on, and the food has always been excellent. Our package had a great spread with plenty of veg and non-veg options—special mention to the mutton, which was cooked perfectly. Salads were fresh, and the desserts were satisfying. They also offer a good variety of beers. I tried the Belgian Tripel, and it was smooth, strong, and full of flavor—definitely a highlight. Parking is convenient, with space for both cars and two-wheelers. Connectivity is great too, with plenty of buses passing right in front, making it easy to reach from anywhere in the city. Overall, a reliable and reasonably priced spot for team lunches or dinners. Highly recommended.

Their buffet is mid. Desserts are good. Main course is okay but bland. Starters were also not that great. Service is very weird – we had 3-4 vegetarians who were not being served starters properly (baby corn was served AFTER they had finished their lunch). Their mocktails are amazing. So drinks ✅ desserts ✅ everything else ❌ Again, no idea how this is a 4*+ establishment with such mid food.

The Indiranagar branch of Big Pitcher has one of the finest buffet spreads in Bengaluru. My partner and I visited the eatery on Sunday (April 13, 2024) and had a wonderful culinary experience. Both of us opted for the Unlimited Buffet Lunch. All the starters (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian) were top-notch and the barbeque varieties were fantastic. The main course was simply awesome with a pretty wide selection of dessert items. We are definitely going to come back to this place some other time.

It was a fantastic lunch time experience with Rishi as our waiter. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He brought us samples of the craft beer to try which was unexpected but very interesting. We had the LIIT UP, BEEF IT UP & the LEGEND BEEF STEAK which were all absolutely delicious.

This place in Indiranagar close to domlur flyover and beside leela palace. Its in the main road itself and in the 2nd floor. The ambience is good and nice palace to sit and have lunch or dinner buffet. We went for team lunch, even tho we did reservation online there was some confusion created when we went there. Coming to ambience its good nice seating area overlooking leela palace and main road. There is a small bar counter and buffet is limited number of options for both veg and non veg. Starters are also limited and will be served to our places among with vada pav and french fries wet served hot and it was good. Over all taste was okay and bill cost around ₹950 per person.

Located in Btm layout, this Absolute barbeque was fully packed on the weekend we visited. The place has the same aesthetics as all of AB stores, only I found it to be a little more cramped, however the staff were proactive and accommodated us with our table requirements. The food was standard AB menu, non stop starters were coming our way, be it vegetarian or non- vegetarian. There were lots of dishes served on the coal heater, we loved pineapple and mushrooms. The kids obviously loved the crispy sweet corn. I particularly liked the veg kabab. The dahi kebab could be improved as it had soaked up lots of oil. In the main course, I was a bit disappointed. Almost all the dishes served were very oily and the noodles were tasteless ( very less salt). The dessert section was stocked to the T as expected from AB.

Absolute Barbeque is known for its live grill concept, offering a variety of barbecue dishes, Indian curries, and a diverse buffet. I appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and the wide selection of cuisines. The food quality is good, and the staff is friendly. 1.Food Quality: I would praise the restaurant for its flavorful and well-marinated grilled meats and vegetarian options. The variety in the buffet is quite extensive, including Indian, Mughlai, and continental dishes, catering to diverse tastes. 2.Ambience: The ambiance is lively and family-friendly, with a vibrant setup suitable for both casual outings and celebrations. 3.Service: Service is okay, appreciated for being attentive and prompt, helping guests have an enjoyable dining experience. 4.Value for Money: Given the variety and portion sizes, most customers find it to be good value, especially during weekend buffets. 5.Areas for Improvement: the cleanliness of the buffet area could be improved, and during peak hours, the restaurant can get a bit crowded, affecting the overall experience. When it is crowded, the staff will be less attentive to customers. Please rectify that.

The BTM branch delivered an unforgettable dining experience! The food was absolutely excellent—every dish was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and left me wanting more. From starters to desserts, the variety and quality were spot on. The live counters were a real highlight, with fresh, made-to-order items that added a fun, interactive touch to the meal. What truly set it apart was the exceptional service, easily the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were attentive, polite, and seemed genuinely happy to ensure every guest had a great time. What impressed me the most was how the manager personally visited each table to ask about the service quality. It felt reassuring and showed how much they value customer feedback. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for families, friends, or even a casual date night. The pricing was reasonable for the premium experience offered, and there are discounts available on their website, which is a bonus for budget-conscious diners. Other convenient features included valet parking, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It also offers a fantastic variety of items across cuisines, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Overall, this branch has raised the bar for dining experiences. Excellent food, unmatched service, a comfortable ambience, and thoughtful extras like live counters and valet parking make it a place I’ll definitely visit again! Highly recommended.

Though priced lesser than barbeque nation, Absolute barbeque buffets are totally worth the price. All the starters were good and served right. The captains made sure all the requested food were served on time. Main course as usual but this time their gravies were good. Desserts were just decent and needs something different than the usual pastries and jamoons. Overall worth the price for the taste and options.

We visited for lunch recently and had an overall very bad experience here. Good ambience Staff was polite and courteous. Out of 7 of us who visited, 3 fell sick later that night. Upon discussing, we found that Veg Biryani might be the culprit (as that is the only item that the sick 3 ate and other 4 didn’t) Waiter messed up mocktails order: Brought salted fresh lime soda instead of “sweet and salt”. French fries were brought 30 mins after ordering. When brought, they were burnt and bad tasting. Overall, I expected much better experience from AB’s.

Ordered fiery basa fillet fish, tandoori roti, chicken varaval(coconut based gravy), chicken biryani and blue lime soda. All dishes are awesome taste, enjoyed a lot. However a seafood platter was not available, we liked basa fillet though the price is a little costly but overall an average of 400 spent. I am looking to explore more dishes here, and will definitely go soon. I recommend this restaurant for non veg lovers, no idea about Veg dishes. That’s why 23k reviews with 4.4* .. amazing.

Empire Hotel in Rajajinagar, Bangalore, offers a decent dining experience with a variety of dishes, especially in North Indian and Arabian cuisine. However, the food quality is average, and the prices are on the higher side compared to the portion sizes and taste. While the service is decent, the overall experience doesn’t justify the cost. A reasonable option, but not the best value for money.

I came twice for a dinner. First dinner was absolutely amazing .The service was great .Love the ambience. Usually I’m not that fan of Indian food but tried and loved the bite of every single orders on my first dinner. But unexpectedly I came 2nd time and had a turn off moment where the service wasn’t responsive, may be because of over crowded?… But honestly wings are really good.but the special ghee roasted prawns wasn’t up to the mark ‼️. It was hard and always have less quantity. I would prefer ordering online than to have dine-in.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Empire Restaurant in Rajajinagar. I had come with my pregnant wife for lunch, and it was really disheartening to find that the restaurant is not at all accessible for expectant mothers or people with mobility issues. There was no lift service available, and the staff showed absolutely no concern or willingness to help us with the situation. We decided to order rolls from Easy Bites downstairs instead. While waiting, one of the staff members was blatantly staring at my wife in a very uncomfortable and inappropriate manner. As a husband, it made me feel extremely uneasy and disrespected. When I approached the counter to ask for a bottle of water, the same staff member behaved rudely and dismissively, showing no basic courtesy or professionalism. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. A well-known restaurant chain like Empire must ensure accessibility for all and train its staff to behave respectfully towards customers. Basic empathy and good manners go a long way in hospitality.

The Restaurant is clean and well-maintained, but the air conditioning was barely cooling, making it feel like sitting in a regular space. The plates were warm before the food was served, which was a nice touch. The food tasted delicious and full of flavor, but the portions were disappointing for the price. Most side dishes are offered in quarter, half, and full sizes, but the quarter portion was extremely small, and the half portion was just about enough. The vegetarian starter Paneer Chilli tasted average, while the non-veg dishes were pretty good. Given the high prices, the quantity didn’t feel justified. Overall, the taste was great, but the menu feels overpriced for what you get.

The place offers a good variety of food options, catering to different tastes. The service was prompt and courteous, adding to the positive vibe of the visit. The ambience was also well-done—comfortable and inviting. While the food tasted decent, I felt it could have been a bit better in terms of flavor. One suggestion would be to include a welcome drink to enhance the guest experience right from the start. All in all, it was a good outing, and I’d consider coming back again.

Very pathetic service, even after pre booking for 50 members and telling them we have got to get all of them on to a flight, the service team was only bothered about serving another tech company for god knows what reason. 1. The biggest impact was felt when they were suppose to sort out the seating arrangement we had do it by ourself. 2. They started placing the bbq box only after 1hr of seating. 3. No one bothered to take drinks order but we were told to go order at the bar/drink table. 4. Many starters were ignored and never served eg : Mutton sheek khabeb. 5. Main starters in non veg were all empty and they took nearly an hr to refill just for 10 pieces of mutton and 90mins for costal bbq. 6. Just because another group booking were served before us they completely ate everything in the dessert counter and it was left empty for nearly an hr. 7. Even after repeated complaints the team never felt to rectify their mistake they only knew how to just prioritize others even after telling them I had to get my group on to a flight. 8. In mutton curry they had the guts to add mutton sheek khabeb and argue that is mutton pieces BBQ Nation has become one of the very disgusting places kindly avoid at all cost they don’t care about people they don’t care about quality of food and service.

Barbecue nation is a much hyped buffet that I had to visit with family. The location is good and easily accessible. The building is still under construction, so it’s a bit messy. The venue itself is not as huge as the other barbecue nations’ venues. The staff greeted us quite well and took us to our desired table. Then, the main server came to our table and asked about our eating preferences. He was super courteous and helpful. He made us very comfortable and assured us that he would do his best to have us satisfied with his services. The food was quite okay but not the best. We had everything, including starters, main courses, and desserts. The food itself was not that great, but the service was incredible. The server and the manager Malick were equally helpful and tried their best to serve us. I tried to tip them, but they politely refused, and they said they could not accept the money as it was against their company policy. We were very satisfied with the services. Definitely, it is a place to visit again. Kudos to the staff.

We really had a very bad experience with Barbeque nation. Right from the starters, main course, dessert, ice cream everything was pathetic. The service was bad. Especially the outlet Manager Rahul was not resolving our problems. Barbeque Nation you are not giving food for free remember, don’t ever cheat people with the quality of food you serve. We spent Rs. 6500 for not eating anything. We wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone further. This is the experience other people too had. Don’t visit this place and waste your money. Rahul is a useless person who literally bothers about service, food quality or anything else for that matter. Replace him first. When we were asked for compensation for not eating anything they denied. They take 30 mins to generate bill, 30 mins to serve food. When you can’t run an outlet why do you have one.?? To loot money from people. This is again like scam. They have reduced the options. They say 80+ dishes but keep most of it hidden so that people won’t eat. Where is Kulfi that’s there in the menu? Absolute barbeque is far better than you. Useless chefs, who don’t know anything about food. We didn’t eat anything, everything was left on the plates itself.

We had an amazing dining experience at Barbeque Nation, Indiranagar! The variety of starters, especially the live grills on the table, was delightful and full of flavors. The buffet had an excellent mix of Indian and international dishes, and the desserts were the perfect finale to the meal. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. A great place to enjoy a hearty meal with friends or family. Highly recommended!

A good buffet place I would say. Had been here for dinner and had good experience overall. Food wise everything was good even the main course. Variety of options on their live counter. Also they have a live bar counter. Good amount of dedicated parking space for vehicles and also valet parking available. Would recommend to make prior reservation before visiting.

The food offered was great. There were a lot of options to choose from. All items on the barbecue(starters) were good and the desserts were great too. The highlight was the ice cream options available. The Guntur Chilly ice cream and Paan gulkand ice cream were just too good

It was a good buffet deal but regarding food and service I’m a little unhappy. They served us plate starters after a long tym once table grill was given, that too we had to remind them. The Virgin mojito we took tasted simply like normal water. Plus, there was no chocolate fondue as everyone mentioned. Overall experience was good. Hope they’ll improve the service 🙂

Okay place and they can do better. Yesterday we visited with a group of around 30 people for dinner. Starters were served and crispy corn was not that good. Jalebi was over at 9pm . Food taste was okay and could have been better. Didn’t like the guy who refused to prepare fresh and hit jalebi

Well as we all know it’s famous for the lunch and dinner buffet, we went for team lunch. My second visit, starters were really delicious both veg and non veg, main course – only I liked the biryani, curry’s were not good few other items were okay like veg sabji and dal. Fruits, chats and desserts were too good I loved the hot jalebis with rabdi on top, will recommend others to visit.

We had an amazing experience at Fisherman’s Wharf! The Goan cuisine really seems to have captured the essence of the place, and all the dishes like the prawns rawa fry to the signature bebinca absolutely delicious. The mix of great food, refreshing drinks, and polite service definitely sets the stage for a perfect weekend. The combination of the Thai green curry with jasmine rice must have been incredible too. The ambiance and signature cocktails seem like the cherry on top. I’m glad to had a wonderful time! recommend this place to others looking for a Goan food experience

The Fisherman’s Wharf in Sarjapur offers an amazing welcoming vibe with a beautifully designed ambience that instantly puts you at ease. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or colleagues, the atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The seafood selection is absolutely delightful, catering to a wide range of taste preferences. One dish that truly stood out for me was the Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Sticky Rice—a must-try! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the aroma was irresistible. Another highlight was the squid rings, which were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and incredibly delicious. A great plus is that the place is very kid-friendly, featuring a dedicated play area with games and rides, ensuring little ones are entertained while you enjoy your meal. Additionally, the restaurant provides ample parking space, making the visit hassle-free. Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommended for seafood lovers and anyone looking for a great dining spot in Sarjapur.

Sweet and lovely place that gives you the chill vibe of sitting in a restaurant in Goa. Nice atmosphere, good vibes and nice people. Open space and fresh air is something that’s so hard to find in a town like banglore. As per name Sea food is awesome. They have limited vegetarian options though but whatever they have is absolutely worth eating. Somehow for drinks They don’t have shakes and smoothies for veg, that’s reasonable. And mostly i wanna add a point nice service good staff!

We ordered king fish dish, fish and chips, lotus stem and cocktail. The cocktail was refreshing and fish and chips was also nice. But the king fish dish was not at good. The fish was not fresh, it was very hard. It seemed like the fish was already fried and kept and when i ordered, they just dipped the fried fish into the masala and served. The place has mosquitoes at afternoon 1:00 pm but the service was warm, they sprayed something to get rid of mosquitoes. This is totally experience from what we had in goa

However, the refiling of prawns and fish was not upto mark and looks like high demand they were running out of stock within minutes. Good spread of dishes and deserts were good too. Staff was courteous. Ample parking space for cars

Desi Masala has been on my bucket list for many days now, I got to visit recently and my experience was average. Mainly because the taste of food is pretty average. Items in the buffet are well thought of but there was not a single dish that was like a wow. Variety wise it is good, staff are good. Service is quick. Prices are reasonable. So overall a decent experience.

Absolutely worth every rupee! The veg buffet has a great variety – from starters to desserts. Live chaat counters are the stars of the show and you are served with dose and chutney. Loved the crispy dosas and freshly made pani puri & various other chats. Everything was hot, tasty, and hygienically served. The ambience is simple but clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for a budget-friendly family outing. Staff is polite and keeps refilling items quickly. For just ₹299, it’s a total value-for-money experience. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of unlimited veg food. On weekends it’s Rs399/-

I unexpectedly visited Desi Masala with my family, it was a great experience. It’s a vegetarian buffet restaurant with less price compared to other restaurants. Week days 299/- and weekend 399/- per person and for children they are changing 200/- but age restriction is there. The food tasted good but not great, as per this price every penny was worth it. Restaurant situated at primary location beside Jaya nagar bus station. I like soups, roti, pulao, gulabjammon with icecream and must try dahi puri.

It’s a very dull old vibe as compared to JP nagar ones and Whitefield one. Food is also not as delicious as the other two branches. Very average shadi wala khana. Starters served in limited quantity, soup was below average, Desserts were tasteless and cold as if kept in fridge for days. May it be paneer or dal makhani or khichdi or other things in main course. Didn’t feel like eating any of them. Good if you want to take old parents for family dinner, but there are many better options at this or lower rates.

We had a fantastic time here, starters served at the table and then mains and dessert buffet style. Lots of exelent food, well prepared and tasty. They also had Jain Food and north and south India food. There was different Ice creams and pizza too. We got Paan served after our lunch in the most interesting way, in a bowl with dry ice and the smoke it created flowed over the table, it reallj looked cool. Go on, spoil yourself, you deserve it!

Thanks to supervisor lady we were able to get a table on a holiday. Ambience and atmosphere is nice. Lots of items to eat. Can’t cover all of them. Most of the desserts are of same sort like all are cake based. They could have included other Indian sweet dishes. They don’t use garlic and onion which is good. But they have included mostly sugar based sweets which I felt is not a Satvic food. Taste also didn’t have wider range.
