Food tasted really good, we actually had veg that day and we still loved the service and the taste. So rich and appetizing.
Don't over order food and waste it.

Ordered fiery basa fillet fish, tandoori roti, chicken varaval(coconut based gravy), chicken biryani and blue lime soda. All dishes are awesome taste, enjoyed a lot. However a seafood platter was not available, we liked basa fillet though the price is a little costly but overall an average of 400 spent. I am looking to explore more dishes here, and will definitely go soon. I recommend this restaurant for non veg lovers, no idea about Veg dishes. That's why 23k reviews with 4.4* .. amazing.

Empire Hotel in Rajajinagar, Bangalore, offers a decent dining experience with a variety of dishes, especially in North Indian and Arabian cuisine. However, the food quality is average, and the prices are on the higher side compared to the portion sizes and taste. While the service is decent, the overall experience doesn’t justify the cost. A reasonable option, but not the best value for money.

I came twice for a dinner. First dinner was absolutely amazing .The service was great .Love the ambience. Usually I'm not that fan of Indian food but tried and loved the bite of every single orders on my first dinner. But unexpectedly I came 2nd time and had a turn off moment where the service wasn't responsive, may be because of over crowded?... But honestly wings are really good.but the special ghee roasted prawns wasn't up to the mark ‼️. It was hard and always have less quantity.
I would prefer ordering online than to have dine-in.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Empire Restaurant in Rajajinagar. I had come with my pregnant wife for lunch, and it was really disheartening to find that the restaurant is not at all accessible for expectant mothers or people with mobility issues. There was no lift service available, and the staff showed absolutely no concern or willingness to help us with the situation.
We decided to order rolls from Easy Bites downstairs instead. While waiting, one of the staff members was blatantly staring at my wife in a very uncomfortable and inappropriate manner. As a husband, it made me feel extremely uneasy and disrespected.
When I approached the counter to ask for a bottle of water, the same staff member behaved rudely and dismissively, showing no basic courtesy or professionalism.
I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. A well-known restaurant chain like Empire must ensure accessibility for all and train its staff to behave respectfully towards customers. Basic empathy and good manners go a long way in hospitality.

The Restaurant is clean and well-maintained, but the air conditioning was barely cooling, making it feel like sitting in a regular space. The plates were warm before the food was served, which was a nice touch. The food tasted delicious and full of flavor, but the portions were disappointing for the price. Most side dishes are offered in quarter, half, and full sizes, but the quarter portion was extremely small, and the half portion was just about enough. The vegetarian starter Paneer Chilli tasted average, while the non-veg dishes were pretty good. Given the high prices, the quantity didn’t feel justified.
Overall, the taste was great, but the menu feels overpriced for what you get.
