had a great experience renting a scooter from this service. The staff had a good helping attitude and were very professional and friendly throughout. The scooter was in excellent condition and ran smoothly, which made my ride enjoyable and worry-free. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a mobile holder on the bike, which would be really helpful for navigation. It would also be great if they could offer additional bike accessories like riding gloves, jackets, or helmets with visors for better comfort and safety.

It was a nice experience, the bike was in good condition, i haven't faced any issues for pickup, drop off or even in between ride. The staff were very friendly and polite. One suggestion I have is it would be much better if it's having a mobile holder and a helmet lock.

Loved the smooth handover and return processes. The RE classic 350 I borrowed was in good ride condition. It would be great if customers receive fair reimbursement for vehicle returns with excess fuel. It must turn out to be a good carry forward mechanism. Just a feedback!

Booking, Pickup and drop off was very smooth. Very professional. I rented a scooty and my only complaint was to get a phone holder so I didn't have to stop to look for directions.

Royal rental team Im yeshwanth taken a vehicle on july Wednesday before taking the vehicle there was a issues in the and while dropping off vehicle got brake down and now customer support nadeem speaks to me so easy way that nothing has happened just pay remaining charges and go back like that he is mentioning I have met BRAKEDOWN 2 times at 9am and 10 am today on the mid of the outer ring road whereas he is telling that I'm delayed he questioned me saying that after 100 km why did not u escalate for every question of my problem if he is questioning me what kind of the blady customer service your providing to the customer people just snatching the money in the name rental service I'm totally dissatisfied with your rental service the same going to be posted on Instagram and social media platforms be truthful for your service check ur calls records before u talk to a customer wasting my time in front of ur depot as I have to work at night shift telling easily that nothing can be done ha come on this not the way u provide the service total dissatisfied with ur rental pathetic in customer team handling customer concern

Ya good but other bike options were not available at Banashankari when I was booking kindly increase the number Of vehicles

Totally recommend this place if you are looking for rentals. I took RE HIMALAYAN 450 for a day and got 240kms. By far the smoothest and the best experience for rentals, Quick response to calls and queries, amazing service for customers, easy pickup and easy drop real smooth experience. The cost however is on the high end but the experience is hassle free so it worked out best for me end of the day.
