I would highly recommend the HSR center to anyone looking for hearing aids. The audiologist Ms. Sharanya did a fantastic job of explaining how it works, what types are there and also recommended the right one for my father. Even Ms. Poornima at the reception is so pleasant and wonderful. Unlike other centers they are not into rushing you to buy but let us understand and make the right decision.

Technician is good but once they sell the aid forget about it they won’t give you appointment for any adjustments multiple time I called , but for buying you will get . Sheer money minded

Very good place in Nagarbhavi for hearing solutions. We purchased a pair of signia hearing aid in 2022 for my father.

They gave us very good service even after 3 years. Audiologist and receptionist was very kind and attentive to our needs. Regional manager Rohit helped us a lot too. Their technical staff at their lab are also very knowledgeable. They set right the problem with ease.

The turnaround time, customer communication etc has definite room for improvement. I request the team to look into it and coordinate better in future

I took my 75-year-old mother to the clinic. The doctor was very understanding and made tests which detects how much percentage is the hearing loss. After that she gave us various option for selection unit. Once we selected we were asked to come after 2 days to pick the hearing aid units. That day she explained in detail on how to use and take precautions. Very pleasant experience.

Really an amazing girl. Very co-operative, and understands our feelings, problems.. Etc.when i said my hearing has gone down and worried she did audiogram and tested my status and eexplained about no more loss is there. Even in some phases little imprivement has seen. This is all because of the device. I am very happy for not loosindg more loss. Otherwise i was worried shortly i will be deaf. After her explanatuon my new hope gave me sime more days of life i can enjoy with my hearing. A rays of hope came to me.i can have good life in society. Now i am thinking to save money for my new device. But it is not easy to adjust that amont. No helping hands.

Bad experience. I had called for an appointment for my mother, they had confirmed the appointment at 5 PM. Upon reaching we found the clinic is closed. Basic courtesy of informing the client is missing. We wasted our time.
