My father was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and spent over three months bedridden with a tracheostomy tube. I brought him to Avanta Health Care, hoping for some improvement. Thanks to the Doctor's , Nursing staff and the management team, my father has made significant progress. He is now able to walk with support and, most importantly, speak clearly again. My fathers health deteriorated rapidly in the last 3 years of his life and we turned to Avanta for help. From providing caretakers who would take care of my father, coaching them to help my father in a frictionless way and managing their rosters, Mr. Matthews and his team performed an excellent job. Later, when we had to avail their services for palliative care, Avanta provided the necessary help and support. Mr. Matthews in fact went above and beyond his duties in ensuring timely and respectful services for elder care. Thank you for your service Mr. Matthews. My grandmother was with them for 9 months for geriatric care since we needed nursing skills for her care. Avanta was a very good, clean environment where she was taken care of in terms of daily needs, physiotherapy and socialising. Even in her final days, Avanta took the lead in admitting her for intensive care, keeping her comfortable and even helped us by keeping her with them for a day until the family could come for her final rites. We're very grateful to Mathew, Vincent and the team of skilled nurses, doctors and caretakers.

I would appreciate and thank the nursing staff of Avanta Health care for providing at most care for my Mom and being helpful as long as 7 days during our stay. Couple of things to be improvised for patients to stay safe 1. Install safe handles inside bathroom similar to Hospital so that patients can use handles for support during bath n toilet. 2. Install mosquito net across ventilator windows so that patients n attends feel safe from other diseases. 3. Make sure one nursing staff available at desk at all time, as we have encountered non availability of staff couple of times in the afternoon and when no attender for patient is available will be difficult to handle things.. 4. Converting to centralized AC would help during summer seasons for the package being charged.
