My experience with PeakAlpha has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. In 2021, PeakAlpha advised me to port my long-standing medical insurance from HDFC Ergo (which I had since 2015) to Niva Bupa. While handling this, they committed a serious blunder , instead of porting my policy from its actual start year of 2015, they incorrectly recorded the inception year as 2020. This mistake alone had major implications for my coverage and history. To make matters worse, PeakAlpha submitted my medical declaration form to Niva Bupa entirely on their own , without consulting me, without verifying details, and without obtaining my consent on my previous medical history. This is not just careless, it’s highly unethical. When I raised these concerns, Sujeet (my point of contact) conveniently shifted blame onto me and Niva Bupa instead of taking responsibility for PeakAlpha’s clear errors. From that point onward, he completely disappeared , no responses to calls or emails, no acknowledgment of the issues. Even after I decided to discontinue my association, I kept receiving unnecessary calendar invites (most cancelled last-minute) despite requesting clarity on whether further meetings were needed. My time was repeatedly wasted, and my concerns were ignored. When I escalated the matter by marking Priya Sunder in my email, she too did not engage, not even once. This silence from leadership shows a complete lack of accountability. PeakAlpha’s handling of my case from the insurance mishandling to the communication breakdown ,was unprofessional, unethical, and careless. My trust in them has been completely eroded. In my experience, they are a bunch of unprofessionals who vanish when faced with genuine client issues. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice.

The insurance, Niva Bupa that they suggested was super helpful in times of need. Also Kalai helps me with annual renewals, claims, reimbursements, etc. And she is super helpful and get things done.
