Very disappointed with SK Laundry. I trusted them with my white shirt and received it back with green iron marks running vertically, clearly transferred from a previously ironed colored garment. This is not a regular stain or wear and tear it’s a result of negligence during ironing.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for not noticing it before use and even tried to charge ₹199 for stain removal! I was in a hurry for work and had no reason to suspect a professionally cleaned shirt would be damaged.
