Mr. Mohan is an excellent service technician. He was prompt in quickly arriving after raising a complaint, was quick to understand the issue, and immediately got to work. He's polite and respectful. He sent pictures to ensure we were involved in the process. Although the problem didn't get resolved quickly, he made multiple fixes and even got external advice from his contacts to resolve the issues. He's a very knowledgeable and dedicated technician with an in-depth knowledge and does solid work. I'd highly recommend him for his service.

Sril Mohan had deputed Mr Asif technician on 26 oct..27th Mr Pradeep the expert in refilling gas, visited, he came with vaccum pump, brazing equipment and the correct brand of Gas.. he finished the job in an hour.. excellent quality work.. the ice formation now is fast within 90 min, friendly person.. appreciate Sri Mohan who responds to your phone calls promptly, really happy with the work done, thanks.
