Good service

One of the worst service experiences of my life! Will never ever go by fake google reviews! They took washing machine (motor was not rotating), said they have repaired - charged 5k. Transportation was charged extra too! I have attached a video of post repair where the motor was not rotating. Same day I noticed the filter was missing, then the old problem restarted. Tried to message/call multiple time, but to no avail! Ridiculous! Worst part was that one of the guys who repaired later changed entire motor for 2.5k! Exorbitant charges and absolutely zero value. I strongly do not recommend these guys. Pls go with company service or a shop nearby so that they are accessible.

Fake Service Center don't trust them, by mistake while searching Sony Service Center number this i got this person number and dialed, they also told me 'We are from Sony Service Center' and took my 55inches Sony TV assured within 2 days it will be repaired, after repeated n number of calls after 20 days they repaired and delivered with heft bill of ₹ 25,000/- without taking approval from me claiming both power and mother board changed and also have warranty. Now the problem is after 5 months my TV is not working, i called same numbers given the bill all the numbers got switched off, so luckily I got the person who picked my tv last time through WhatsApp and his name Shoaib, he picked my call once and told him the issue and sent previous bill he given from then he is also not picking my calls and nobody came to do repair.

I called Good service for 6 blink issue in sony TV he attended immediately n delivered in one day time.... My tv is working in good condition.. His work is cost effective too n trust worthy. Thank you Good service team ⭐️

Fake and unauthorised tv repair services. Pathetic customer handling. Heavy cost billing with no bills for repair. I did LG tv white screen issue took 3 days by giving non sense response. Do not fall prey to it. They have customer service phone centre calls to attract people. But no good services at all.

I had raised the service request at 7.45 pm and 8.30 pm , the service personnel were at my door step. Super efficient communication and support by Panasonic Service Centre. The service personnel Imran Baig was very professional in his approach. He took his own sweet time in addressing all the issues of the top load washing machine and systematically serviced the machine. I am completely satisfied with his efforts and dedication shown towards customer. At the end, he also suggested how to take good care of the washing machine and provided invaluable tips.
