Mr. Aravind was very helpful in identifying the issue with the washing machine pipes and the outlet. He was very communicative and good at providing a fix for the issue.
The service is poor. They took their faulty repair rework only after I left a 1 star review. Updating it to 2 star only because they keep calling me asking for change in review. I would still recommend to go with the brands service as the amount you pay is exactly the same.
Mr. Sunil identified the issue quick and correctly. He provided excellent service and a humble person. Reasonable charges. Saved me 2000 rupees as Urban Company technician quoted 2000 more for same work. We should encourage local technicians who are excellent in their work and charge reasonably.
