The team was responsive and cooperative throughout the process. The flat was handed over in good condition, and the staff ensured all necessary checks and formalities were handled smoothly. Special thanks to all Team member who patiently addressed our queries and guided us through out from booking to handover. Your worst nightmare if you invest in DS MAX. No matter whatever department you step into. Expect delays and lame excuses. They will not do anything professionally and will justify their filthy work by technical terms. You'll drop 100 emails and get just 1 response. Higher authorities are least bothered thinking everything is running smooth. Our hard earned money is with them and they can play all the way they want. Unprofessional in handling customers. They force you, manipulate you in their own way of construction and design. Krish V is most unethical and unprofessional interior designers.

It was wonderful experience dealing with DS MAX team. I have fulfilled my dream of moving to my own house through DS MAX. I got vary good flat in affordable price in prime location.They are really helping to midal class people to fulfill their dream of staying in their own house. Site Manager MR BABU and position dep Asha mam helped me lot for smooth function they were really helpful

I purchased flat in DS max sonata and extremely disappointed with DS Max Properties. Possession was delayed far beyond the promised date, causing both financial and emotional stress.The quality of interiors is subpar — cheap materials, poor finishing, and lack of attention to detail. Definitely not worth the investment.Despite repeated follow-ups, the response from their team has been unhelpful and dismissive. Very poor post-sale support.Would not recommend DS Max to anyone looking for timely delivery or quality construction. Please think twice before investing.

Very unprofessional with clients.., team is not Co ordinated no actions and works will be done within promised time.. Interiors is a big disappointment and qc team approved all the flaws I’m suprised .. unfinished work , walls are not neatly plastered gaps and holes , bathroom ceiling left incomplete this is how the handovers are done and possession is done extremely disappointing. Lot of blame games and follows up to be done by the client only that causal attitude but very prompt with collecting money
