Extremely disappointed with Savaari’s service. After just 88 km, the car broke down and they neither arranged an alternate vehicle nor provided any compensation to help us return home. I was forced to book an Uber and pay ₹1400 extra out of pocket. Despite traveling with my 5-year-old child and family for a planned event, everything went in vain. Their policy offers no support in such situations. Will never book with Savaari again. 88 km filled AC with gutka, loud music. It’s nightmare for us. On top i requested 2022 above cars, driver was saying with in 2 years car clocked 150000. See the tyres no thread is visible. The car is cng no place to luggage. Horrible experience

Used Savaari Rentals many times. When I used their services recently for a one-day round trip viz., Bangalore- Ghati Subramanya- Nandi Hills- Isha Foundation @ Chikkaballapur- Bangalore, they calculated the fare based on approximate distance. When trip was over, I was charged for actual distance covered. Unlike others, I was not charged for a minimum of 250 kms which is good for customers.

Vehicle was in good condition and it was maintained well. A/c worked well. Driver was courteous and professional. Journey was comfortable too.

I booked a car from Savaari for two days and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the vehicle provided was an old Swift Dzire in terrible condition – the front windshield was broken, the boot lock was damaged, and the boot itself wouldn’t close properly. This meant we couldn’t safely place our luggage in the boot and had to keep bags at our feet throughout a four-hour journey, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with a 7-month-old baby.

Despite repeated requests before leaving Kolkata to get the boot lock fixed, the driver ignored us until we were already on the highway, where he tied the boot with a rope and claimed he would fix it at Shantiniketan. That never happened. On the return journey, he assured us the boot was fixed, but it popped open again soon after we left our resort, forcing us once more to keep luggage inside the cramped seating area.

The driver’s attitude added to the frustration. When we asked him to stop for a diaper change for our infant, he acted like he didn’t hear us and only stopped after multiple requests. To make matters worse, a tire burst on the way, causing another hour’s delay.

The only reason we opted for a private rental instead of public transport was to ensure a comfortable and safe journey with a child, but this was the complete opposite. The car provided was unfit for long travel, and the experience was stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Savaari.

I booked a car for 8 hours with a 120 km limit, yet your team outright refused to drive to the location I requested. This is completely unacceptable.

Despite contacting your customer service center, I was shockingly advised to pay extra and handle it directly with the driver. Let me make this clear: I paid for 8 hours of service, and within that time, I should be able to travel wherever I need. If I exceed the included kilometers, I am more than willing to pay the extra charges as per your policy. That’s how every professional service operates.

During the booking, your agent asked for my destination, and I clearly provided it. Later, when another meeting came up, I requested the driver to proceed—but again, your team refused. Your customer service team backed the same unacceptable response.

This experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and customer respect.

For your management’s attention: I will never use your services again. Moreover, I will ensure that my company and its partners are informed of this experience and advised to avoid your service entirely.

Thank you for delivering nothing but a disastrous and frustrating experience.

I have been using Savaari.com cab services for the last two years all over the country.
The experience has been excellent. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every time cab arrived right on time, which is truly appreciated, especially when schedules are tight. A special mention of the driver today, he was courteous, polite, and highly professional throughout the journey. His calm demeanor and safe driving made the entire trip pleasant and stress-free. Don’t send Gas installed SUV vehicles for long journey customers, we should be penalized for choosing Savari and uncomfortable journey. We are only five people and another family member have no choice to come along with us because of very less boot space in the car.
We are not convenient with very small boot space for luggage. 50%of our luggage like small bags, duffle bags, hand bags were in our laps. This is very bad experience for travelling outstations without normal boot space. GVN Raju

The service is prompt, reliable and value for money. The driver was well behaved and switched on the AC which was effective. However there is huge scope for improvement wrt the condition of the cab. I was allotted a Toyota Etios which was quite old in the sense that there was a constant screeching sound while it chugged along on the road and the seats were not the original ones (read Etios quality) and lacked thigh support which is a pain for long distances for about 50 KM in the bangalore traffic. Hope this was a one off incident.

Extremely good experience with Kumar sir, his taxi service has very cordial and polite drivers. We always book from Kumar taxi service when we visit Bangalore. My elderly parents can travel to and from the airport without any hassle due to the extremely helpful service provided by them.

Cab driver failed to reach on time and he lied about being close by. This costed me as I missed my flight, money and 5 hours of my day.i ended up booking on ola and getting another cab, and still the driver was 10-30 mins away. On calling the customer service they tried to downplay it by saying there is traffic. If you cant reach on agreed time, because of traffic or otherwise you have to be transparent about it, which will allow us to look for alternate options, instead of misleading customers and delaying them for 30-40 mins is unacceptable. I have been using this service for 6 years and first time this happened to me but it’s unacceptable. The driver in order to get a ride for 900rs lied and costed me 7K to book another flight ticket and book to and from cab

If I could zero rating i would. Pathetic service by the company and the driver. They refused the service at 3am in the night with me being with my 70 year old mother. With ample space to fit the luggage, they denied the service. We took the same car from the airport (sedan) and the luggage fit properly with no need to keep it in the front seat. The customer care is more pathetic and it should definitely be not called customer care ad that guy straight away said yes book another cab, we dont care. I would not recommend this to any other person ever and anyone using it please be careful and never rely on them as they deny services at middle of the night and you would end up suffering with your family

Service wise good and driver Ravi also very supportive and communicative person. Only concern is we booked cab without toll but driver came by toll road so we paid extra amount. Please don’t repeat again.

We booked cab to reach Airport on Sunday morning. Vehicle was not kept in good condition, and driver was too fast while driving, not looking into the road damages. Again we booked cab Monday night to return from the Airport, and while booking I clearly mentioned sbout the Sunday morning experience and requested to send better car and driver. To my bad luck they sent the same driver and with same car, not even considering about my request. Again we experienced very fast and rash driving sitting in uncomfortable car. Very bad service.

On punctuality , full marks but drivers needs training, for saving their fuel they drive with aircon off and with opened window while booking is airconditioned car, customer need to ask them to close window and switch on aircon, some one coming from abroad would not want to go through dust as soon as landed.

We had a wonderful trip from Bangalore, Mysore, Coorg to Mangalore with our driver Mannu. We were a group of 6 people, and Mannu uncle made the journey very comfortable. He is an experienced driver and handled the roads smoothly and safely.

My overall experience was awesome.We had an absolutely amazing time exploring the beautiful destinations of Ooty, Coonoor, Coorg, and Mysore with family. Each place had its own charm and unique experiences:

Ooty – Stunning views, peaceful lakes, and lush greenery. Loved the boat ride on Ooty Lake and the Nilgiri Mountain Railway experience.

I recently hired a cab to visit Bhoganandeshwara and Lepakshi temples, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The driver was punctual, professional, and humble throughout the trip, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. The cab was very clean and well-maintained, which made the travel even more pleasant. The company’s service was accurate, reliable, and truly professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable travel experience.

I had a great experience travelling to ooty with Plus Cabs. The driver was punctual, polite, and drove safely throughout the journey. The car was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the ride even more pleasant. I also appreciated the smooth booking process and timely updates. The taxi driver is Very much polite and on timing. I booked the car for 4:00 am. They reached my location at 3:00 and waiting for me till i am getting. Such a good service.

Vehicle quality is great and the drivers are very professional and helpful. Recently I had to do multiple bookings and the service was great consistently.

Driver was good and very experienced. He also offered help if breakfast is needed, he can stop for sometime as we had time.

AC was not used even if I paid for that.

It takes 20 more minutes if go by non-toll road in off season.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Deepam Taxi. The car I originally booked did not arrive, and the assigned driver(Suhas MD) failed to show up on time. Eventually, another car and driver were dispatched — both of whom turned out to be completely unprofessional.

When I contacted Deepam Taxi, I was told that the original car had an engine failure. However, I later learned that the same driver had already driven another customer in that very car earlier the same day. During our trip, the driver even approached us to ask for money directly, which was unacceptable. Despite my repeated calls, Deepam Taxi took no meaningful action. They would ask me to wait “one or two minutes,” then abruptly disconnect the call.

The behavior of the replacement driver was deeply concerning. During the journey:

He frequently fell asleep while driving, and we had to repeatedly wake him up and tell him to splash water on his face.

When not sleeping, he was distracted by watching videos on his mobile phone while driving.

At one point, the car stopped in the middle of the road, which left my family and me extremely anxious.

Shockingly, the driver hit three different cars in a single day. One of the affected parties approached us to argue, but left upon seeing that there were children in the vehicle.

Despite all of this, Deepam Taxi did not treat the situation seriously. Their only concern seemed to be whether we were physically unharmed. After that, they stopped taking our calls altogether.

To make matters worse, the driver demanded extra money for tolls and other charges. When I requested the toll history, Deepam Taxi refused to provide it and insisted that I pay during the trip without any transparency.

This experience was unacceptable and posed a real risk to my family’s safety. I strongly urge Deepam Taxi to review their hiring and support practices to prevent such dangerous and distressing situations in the future.

Fraud Alert: Horrific Experience with (Deepam Travels) and Driver Sachin & Another Goon Aadarsh

A close friend had a terrible experience involving fraudulent overcharging and unethical behavior during a trip arranged through Deepam Travels, and driver Sachin & Aadarsh. Here’s a breakdown of the alarming discrepancies:

Disputed Charges:
Permit: ₹2,200 (originally quoted ₹1,200)
Driver Batta: ₹1,750 (should have been ₹350)
Toll: ₹3,000 (actual cost: ₹475)
Green Tax: ₹790 (never communicated beforehand)
Stoppage/Extra Driver Charges: ₹3,000 (disputed and unjustified)
⚠️ Key Concerns:
Despite being provided food and drinks, the driver persistently demanded more, with Adarsh a goon stalled on Call back, no one from Deepam called bax]ck responded… backing the unjustified expenses.

Zero transparency: Company failed to share his company affiliation, contact details, or ownership info.

No response from any representative of Deepam, despite multiple attempts to raise the issue.

❗ Serious Grievance:
This ordeal highlights gross misconduct, deceitful billing practices, and verbal abuse by Adarsh, with complete lack of accountability from Deepam Travels. Customers are strongly warned to avoid engaging with this operator under any circumstances.

This is a serious fraud case. Exercise extreme caution before booking with Deepam or dealing with Adarsh or driver Sachin.

While the driver was punctual in reaching the airport and waited for us until we collected our baggage — which we appreciate — the return journey was very uncomfortable. The driver opted for a non-toll road that was extremely muddy and dusty. Unfortunately, he kept his window open throughout the drive, which caused dust to enter the car. Despite our repeated requests to close the window and switch on the AC (as we had booked a Sedan AC car), the driver did not comply.

This was highly inconvenient and did not meet the service standards we expected. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future.

We went to Bangalore and we have book The deepam caps from airport pick up to destination dope and after 10 days destination pick up to airport drop both the time cab alloted was not in a good condition and ac was not working at all. And the cap seem s in a very old & patthetic condition. Though it was value for money but you can’t expect anything except engine and tyres are in the running condition

The overall experience was good. The vehicle was good. Driver was very polite. He waited and picked us up on time. However, I am not giving five stars since there is an improvement required. Please ask the drivers to reduce the time they talk on the phone when the customers are there.
