The service was okay. I would not recommend them. I agreed to pay extra for extra rooms and cupboards. Totally unprofessional. For Rs. 7600, one can get a maid in Bangalore who may take time, but do a better job.
Some problems I noticed;
1. They used dirty cloth for cleaning
2. The machine was not working. They had to get a new machine. The one guy who actually cleaned (Abdul) was busy using screw drivers to fix the machine. The machine does not reach corners which is just left like that.
3. The cleaning is done as long as they are being watched. I stepped out for sometime and a lot cleaning turned into just dusting.
4. No deep cleaning . They just did normal cleaning but yes tried to cover all areas of the house.
5. The cleaning guys are from other states, they are not really professional, they are doing it for money only and it shows.
6. When I pointed out that some windows were not cleaned, this one guy tried to argue. And the other stopped him.
7. “Cannot clean here because the window won’t open, this cupboard is too old. This is like this only” were the excuses they gave.
8. Abdul Shahgir is the only guy who cleaned properly . The other three were not good in their job at all.
9. They asked me to give a feedback and insisted on taking a photo of my feedback. So I gave a temporary feedback only to edit it later.
10. Lastly, before leaving they asked for extra money as cash for themselves.

What I liked:

Areas for Improvement:

3. Training: Occasionally, they send trainees. While this is understandable, it is important that they listen carefully to feedback and are willing to re-do tasks when necessary.

Service was ok but it could be bettter, if they do wet wiping in the end. They should do the wet wiping so that these spots will not come. Also they completed deep cleaning in only 2.5 hours, seems they were in a rush.
They should have given zero star, for not cleaning properly…..saying again and again for cleaning, instead they don’t clean properly.

booked a deep cleaning service for my 3BHK unfurnished apartment, and four people came for the job. I paid around ₹4,800, and I must say it was worth every rupee. They started by wiping all the cupboards inside and outside with cleaning solutions, removing stains completely. Then they dusted every corner—ceilings, doors, and windows—followed by thorough vacuuming to get rid of all the dust. They even used machine scrubbing for the tiles, and the bathrooms were cleaned spotless.

The entire work was completed in just 3–4 hours, and the house looked perfectly clean. For the price and quality of service, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend their service to others.

I booked this service for balcony window cleaning, but I am very disappointed. The cleaning was not done properly – glass still has stains, dust was left on the corners, and the railings were not wiped at all. Despite charging a high amount, the quality of work was careless and rushed. I had to point out missed spots multiple times, yet they were not fixed properly. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.

I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for proper balcony window cleaning.

We needed urgent cleaning help as our basement had been flooded. Yugclean made the process very simple for us and the help arrived in less than an hour of booking.

The prices are amazing, and the work is top-notch! You will not regret choosing them for any corporate cleaning services!

They didn’t show up for the cleaning today! That too without any notice. When I enquired I was told the location is far, can’t come. I had already shared the location 2 days before on their request. That time they didn’t tell anything. Previous night also I msged to confirm. The person told his team will be there at 9.30 am on the next day. Morning when they didn’t show up, I waited 1 hour,and then I called, they didn’t pick up. Then I msged, to find out that they are not ready to come . Don’t trust them and give your work. I can assume now how their work would be. They don’t even bother to say sorry . No value given to customers . Extremely disappointed.

I had an extremely poor experience with their service. The cleaning was far from satisfactory — nothing was properly cleaned, and the staff were lethargic, unprofessional, and only seemed interested in collecting payment and leaving. When I pointed out that the kitchen was still greasy, their boss, Uttam, refused to answer my calls. Instead of addressing the issue, the workers angrily dumped chemicals onto the kitchen floor and left it without even cleaning it properly. Corners were still full of dust, and basic cleaning standards were completely ignored. They clearly lack both skills and professionalism. I would never recommend their service — hire real professionals instead. This was a truly horrible experience.

I had a very bad experience with them, they initially said 5.5K, and I agreed. Post the house inspection they said they need additional 1K because the house has a lot of paint n dirt. After giving 6.5K still they didn’t clean the house properly. On top of it, they didn’t come on the promised time they were almost 4 hours late from the time I was expecting them. I was so considerate that I accepted the delay but after the inspection they said they won’t be able to finish the same day because of time constraints. Still I agreed and gave next to finish the job but When I visited after the cleaning to check they didn’t clean the house properly, they left many places dirt and some places they didn’t clean it properly. Overall I paid 6.5k their charges + 1k – I paid property management for not cleaning the property+ 1K rent for the delay. So disappointed with the work, i was so angry. I would say go for Urban Company they didn’t ask me for any extra money for the cleaning. UC did the job really well for my other apartment. NOT RECOMMENDED.
