The Grand West Apartment in Bangalore is a luxury property that stands tall among many others of its kinds. When I took a drive down the area, the Jain property definitely stood out of the rest. The towers looked scenic across the Bangalore skyline, and from the upper levels, the 18-degree view is just breathtaking. I loved the ambience of the apartment. It had a very homely feel about it, despite the resplendent lounge and up-class interiors. It didn’t take me a second thought to make up my mind about Jain Heights. I’m glad I made the decision to call this great apartment my home.

We are customers of Jain Heights East Parade project and the residents are currently battling the builder in court to get basic amenities like electricity, parking spaces, the completion certificate etc, even after living 2 years in the apartment. The builder half completed the flats, handed them to the residents and left the project without completion. the builder has not delivered key selling points of the project like landscape, skating ring area, children play area etc. and has no intention of delivering them. Please mark that this was marketed as luxury flats with club house and were priced accordingly. However, the builder has not delivered on any of this. They were supposed to maintain the property for 2 years and charged maintenance charge for the same, but left the premises without assistance 6 months after handing the flats over. Again, this matter is currently in court. It’s a shame that the residents have to battle this in the court, even though the agreement clearly states these points in the sale deed !!!, Overall a very very poor execution of projects from this builder.

Just wondering if all those reviews are fake and bought one’s. Interesting to notice is that reviews in bulk have same timeline, usually reviews are seen over a period of time and not in bulks at a time… That’s my experience and observation…

One of the worst company. Hr department people don’t how to talk , they have got no manners at all.

No ethics, they run a workshop in middle of residential area. Despite repeated requests to not make heavy noise, they continue doing all nuisance.

As usual the government authorities or police does not take any action because of corruption. The management is least bothered and continue to pollute the surrounding area. I hope this company is shut soon because they handle heavy equipments in non scientific way.

Never do a business with such a worst company. Literally they will make you beg for the payment. Please be very careful with the company. They will lie a lot. For e.g if you need to meet a person who is responsible for making your payment then in the reception they will make you wait for long hours and tell he is not there. But actually the guy is inside. Again be very careful if you want to do business with this company.

Never ever do business with this company they won’t give our payment , they will make us to beg for payment.. I gave crane for rental to this company. Before taking the crane they spoke very sweet. After 2 days they started with their original face … they asked for six months and negotiated the rate. They gave work order for one month… they released the crane after one month saying crane was not working properly… That one month payment also I’m begging…

I regret choosing Rightcon Construction. The experience has been full of stress, disappointment, and financial loss. Lohith is extremely careless after taking up the project—he never responds to calls or messages and disappears after making big promises.Please read their agreement carefully before signing anything. It’s filled with hidden traps that are hard to notice in the beginning. Once you’re locked in, there’s no way out, no matter how poor the quality or how unreasonable the extra charges are.

They extract money like bloodsuckers—demanding payment for every small thing, even for laying a single brick. The quality is pathetic—they use scrap materials from other sites, there’s no proper curing, and the electrical and plumbing works are an eyesore.

The team is arrogant and threatens to halt the project without reason.
Once they get the money, they completely ignore the customer. Most of the positive reviews online are clearly fake, written by their own team.

Srinivas is somewhat responsive but seems powerless to fix anything. At this point, we’re stuck and feel completely helpless. God help anyone who signs with them.
