I had a great experience buying flowering plants from Visualize Garden Center. I was looking for a place that would sell me healthy jasmine and hibiscus plants that would survive my tiny balcony and also flourish. My search ended here. I bought 4 plants of Jasmine here. I happened to stumble upon this while searching for something else on Google maps. Since the ratings were very good, I thought of paying a visit.

Mr Gurunath has pretty good knowledge about many plants, the soil, nutrient requirements, etc and he primarily advocates organic gardening. I bought few plants and soil mix from him. I have never experienced such fast growth of plants before and I believe it’s primarily due to the right soil mix. I have bought few varieties of exotic fruit plants and as you can see from the pictures, many have started fruiting already (in about 1.5 months)

He also shares a lot of tips from his gardening experience. Overall I feel it’s worth visiting him and buying from him for the good experience that you receive in return.

We moved to our new villa a few months back and after settling down, started looking for companies that provide solutions for terrace and kitchen gardens.

I was looking for some professional help to setup a pleasant sitting area on terrace with garden and encountered mycloudforest. I got the terrace area setup done by them and they were professional and polite people. Shashikant from the execution team was very helpful and constantly took our suggestions.
Overall I am happy with their service and would recommend them (though it was slightly pricey).

I used ShapeMyGarden service for landscaping of our garden area. The horticulturist, Mr. Ashok, did a great work of drawing up a plan, suggesting the plants and getting the work done. Our garden area was a little jungle of weeds due to lack of maintenance for a long time. The transformation required two days of work and many gardeners/workers. In the end, the result was certainly very pleasing. Great job done by all involved!
If I had to suggest something that could be improved, it would be communication regarding when they are coming for work. In my case, we had agreed on a certain date, and they simply didn’t show up that day. Only when I called them, they said they will come another day. I don’t mind rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, but it would be good to be informed as soon as they know.

I’m using shape my garden’s maintenance service since 5 months. The gardener comes once a month. I have a terrace garden with around 50-60 pots.. Including vegetables. I use my own compost and gardening methodology.. I like that they are flexible. They finish the work in 3 hrs and clean up well. I’ve sourced some plants from them which are in good shape. Overall happy with the service.

I am extremely disappointed in this business. They accepted an online payment for a service that they knew they could not provide. They have also yet to provide a refund, despite many phone calls and messages. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances.
I’m confused as to how you could say you cannot find my order. I have been in touch with you many, many times and have sent you all the items you requested.

They had given good service initially. But we had ordered a PINK temple tree and we were charged 2500 for it . And finally when it flowers we have a WHITE colour one worth 1500. And when asked for 1000 rp refund there is no response from the team after multiple follow ups.

. They have refunded the difference amount for this below plant.. hope they continue to serve well.

Extremely Disappointed with Shape My Garden – Unfair Charges and Poor Service

I had booked a gardening service with Shape My Garden by paying an advance of ₹1800 out of the total ₹3000. They sent two gardeners who inspected the site and told us that it’s pointless to do the work during the rainy season. So, we mutually agreed to cancel the service.

Shockingly, the gardeners were at the location for barely 10 minutes and left immediately after the inspection. Despite absolutely no work being done, the company deducted ₹1200 and refunded only ₹800, citing ₹200 as transportation (which is understandable) but ₹1000 as “gardener service charges.”

This is completely unacceptable – how can you charge ₹1000 for a service that was never provided? The gardeners didn’t even stay long enough to start anything! It’s clear this company is more focused on extracting money than delivering fair and transparent service.

I am demanding a refund of the ₹1000 unjustly charged. Charging ₹200 for transport is reasonable, but ₹1000 for 10 minutes of doing nothing is plain unethical.

Would NOT recommend Shape My Garden to anyone. Be cautious before booking – very unprofessional and money-minded approach.

I had a disappointing experience with Shape My Garden. I reached out for urgent terrace cleaning, repotting, and help selecting new plants. Over the phone, they assured me they could begin the very next day, which is why I agreed to pay their ₹200 consultation fee.

However, once their representative visited and assessed the space, they suddenly informed me the work could only start the following week—something that was never mentioned earlier. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the visit, as my requirement was time-sensitive.

When I requested a refund due to the unmet timeline, they declined, saying the visit had taken place. It feels like a way to charge for visits without delivering on the promised service.

Overall, I’m disappointed and would not recommend them based on this experience. Please be cautious before booking.

Useless fraud cheaters. who ever supply material to these people be very careful take 100% advance and give your material. They will say that they have got big order in hand and they want to do sample work and take on credit. Finally they will disappear. Mr. Abishek is one of the fraud cheaters.

Star gardens brought life to large balcony area which was lying rather idle and lifeless. Meeting Mr Abhishek was a blessing in disguise, he knew exactly what I wanted. The way they aligned everything properly and in an eco friendly way was praise worthy. They made our house feel like a home. I would happily suggest my friends to take this service.

It was a great experience to shop with star garden. I contacted Mr. Abhishek through his website. I had installed rasin pots in my balcony. The pots where of excellent quality. Mr. Abhishek patiently took my order coz I had made the changes of pots so many times as all of them were so beautiful as to which one do I select. He helped a lot to finalize my order and finally I got them installed in my balcony which looks very attractive now.

Abhishek and his team were responsive when I first met them after reading the reviews on Facebook and Google. Their quote was high but we went for it because of his promise to make sure it looked good. We installed a few vertical gardens around our campus based on the suggestions he gave us. He also said that he would change the plants if they did not do well. One vertical garden he raised has not done well. The plants have all died and I believe that the wrong plant was provided for this particular space. I have been trying and asking Abhishek to come by and take a look at the garden and he has just not bothered to come by. Its really disappointing to see this attitude after so much money has been given.

If you are using their services please know that once the installation is done… follow up is going to be very very poor. Very disappointed at their attitude and service.

Terrible experience! I took the 6 months subscription of gardeners and they were unprofessional & did not know anything about plants. Excess of chemicals & oil had killed my plants.. They lack basic knowledge of repotting or watering plants. They are terrible and never fall prey to the subscription. The response from team is very slow, they told they would replace the plants but never did that and also never refunded my membership amount

I am existing customer customer of Urbanmali weekly service. Highly disappointed with recent service provided. Gardener doesn’t know ABC about the plant care. He just does leaves cleaning and loosening of soil. Never checks for bug/insect attack. I have complained and asked for change in gardener but service support person just said one extra service and still the same gardener is sent. Hardly works for 2 hrs for 4hrs service and leaves to work in other neighbours garden to earn extra money. Dr Vandana talks of quality service but its not. It has been more than 10 days the plants are without care and some of them are infested. Spending so much premium for Urbanmali service if plants are not taken care then its no use taking their service.

The team at Urban Mali did a great job of arranging for a home service. The gardener, Ramakrishnaiah, was extremely polite, had tons of expertise and even suggested ideas for the balcony. He cleaned up after his work leaving the area looking beautiful. Harish, the manager, was very punctual and polite and helped coordinate things. Such a relief to have someone come home and provide a reliable service.

While my first two experiences were neutral and deserving about 3/5, my last one was very good and a true 5 star experience. Deepak, the gardener they sent, was very hardworking, passionate and did a great job in transforming our garden. He was thoughtful in his suggestions and thorough in his work making and worked for full five hours. It feels like he did twice the work of previous gardener. Great customer experience, hope you keep it up!
