We heard about Blue interiors from our friend. The view of the projects they did in the past, just impressed us. Thought of giving a try as we liked their suggestions they gave when we went to their office and discussed about our home interiors. The staff was courteous. We visited their office for initial discussions and the work was completed on time. We all were happy with the final look of our new house. One of the best things about Blue interiors is the quality of materials used and the exquisite designs. Truly recommend this to all who wants to get their home interiors done. Took the services of Blue interiors for interior work for my 3 BHK flat after seeing good reviews. Fully disappointed with the services starting from design phase till handover and post handover. Writing this review after I got fed up with following up with them for each issue. 1) Design itself took more than 45 days. Designer doesn't have much knowledge or probably new. Even after proividing the drawings with measurements for all cabinets, it went back and forth for more than 10 iterations to get the final design 2)The lamination which they provided had scratches and breakages. They are denying to fix them or replace them saying 2% defective product is expected. 3) I had asked for handle less kitchen cabinet doors. They had provided very hard and sharp G-profile. After handover when I had complained about it they mentioned that there is another option which is slightly costlier but will be smooth. But they dont have answer for why it was not suggested during design. After complaining, they filed the sharp edges but caused multiple scratches even in the cabinet door. We are dealing with this risk every day especially for the kids 4)Door handles are defective. Waiting for 7 months to get it replaced. Every time when I check they say it is not in stock and waiting for replacement from vendor 5)They provide 5 years free service post project handover. The issues which I had reported immediately after handover are yet be resolved even after more than 6 months 6)The fittings were not done as per design. Later they had removed the fittings and did patching work in most of the cabinets 7) They don't provide any curve cut or cross cut. They decline to perform such things saying it is carpenter work and cannot be cut by machines. This was not informed before initial payment 8) Even basic cleaning of glasses and wood is not done. Stickers, dust, glues etc were not cleaned from the surface. 9) Within 6 months wardrobe doors became bent. 10) Two adjacent tandem drawers cannot be opened simultaneously. One draw is hitting another. Oil pull tray is shaking. They dont have a solution for it Overall: poor design, shoddy workmanship and very poor customer service. Not worth the time and money we spent
