The rating here ofcourse looks great when a team is stationed at the office to garner 5 stars after your first meeting. Iam a repeat customer of livspace and I must say in 5 years this company has lost all its qualities in customer service and quality of work. Many works weren't completed and was told will be done post moving in and that did not happen. Now the already completed work is also shooing aging in 60 days of moving in. The grievance redressal is a joke.

Extremely bad service from livspace,they are just arranging people on contract basis to work.everyday a new carpenter or worker comes to site.They have zero regard to timelines.They are only interested in getting money. They did not deliver the project on time.The project timelines over ran by more than 2 weeks.The site supervisor never comes into site.Even after ,getting 50 percent money and project kicking off,many days work did not happen at our site.They use the same set of workers for all the livspace projects in a society.Their only aim is to get the project signed off and getting money.After that,neither the designer or the project manager has zero interested in the projected . I am attaching the photos .Already we have multiple issues with their work.Its just been two months since completion of the project. Most doors are not fitted properly.Their sliding doors are a joke.

The OL and his team seemed interested only in taking signature for handover with snags and requesting for rating of their service. Post 3 months of the "Said handover" the snag issues remain unresolved and leaving me following up with the team continuously to get the work done. No point of escalation they close the ticket. Highly disappointed. False ceiling already has visible cracks and lot of doors having visible bents and alignment issues. The finishing of interiors were below expectations, and it felt like no one in the project team cared about ensuring a positive customer experience. I won’t be returning here for any service, and I would not recommend LIVSPACE to anyone looking for quality service. I expected much better, and this experience was a complete letdown.

Pathetic services by livspace, they are just behind money and nothing else, once they drain out clients money , they don't do what is promised per signoff documents, the staff has literally urinated everywhere , i have file complaint it's already 5 days and still no response , please don't waste your money, all the positive reviews here are purchased.

Wardrobe modulars: 4 out of 5 Kitchen Modulars: 2 out of 5 (issues with tray alignment and sloppy work by onsite staff). Had to follow-up with post sales team to get it fixed and it is yet to be resolved. Even though its covered in Warranty, believe me the hassle of follow ups and additional time you spend to get it fixed and debris cleanup post every visit by carpenter is not worth Minus 5 for the sloppy and substandard finishing of custom works like false ceiling, TV unit wall panel, kitchen architrave work, UPVC window in utility etc For the premium charges and the hefty handling fee you pay hoping to get the best quality work from a brand like Livspace and the sloppy/below par finishing, scratchs on floor tiles, damages it leave on your walls and sloppy touchup done to cover it, frustrates you Even more frustrating was the unasked art work their onsite staff left in bathroom and on balcony wall by spitting  Kesar pan masala. After i complained, they got bathroom cleaned using acid and left scared taps. Also left the souvenir of balcony painting for me to cherish, even after multiple follow ups

This 5 star is only and pradeep (project manager), helped me with smallest of things from procurement of ditto titles to extra lights if it's needed to platform title after all this the work was completely on time which was given..it was thought a small project he never let us feel tht way nd took care of it as as other project.

I recently hired Livspace for my bedroom interior. And opted for faster delivery. It's been 2 Months and the work is still going with a lot of blunders. An experienced carpenter would've completed the work perfectly within 2 to 3 weeks. They fool the customer by showing the interior in their experience centre. You will not even get 50% of that. They collect a premium price saying they have all advanced equipments for perfect fit and finish. But, their actual quality of work is very pathetic. And there's ZERO accountability from Livspace. They don't even bother checking the status of the project. The moment you make full payment, it's up to you and the carpenter. They don't even bother even after multiple complaints from the customer. GO WITH LIVSPACE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, TIME & MENTAL PEACE.
