They demand full payment upfront, but once they receive the money, their commitment to quality and timelines disappears. The work delivered was far below expectations, with constant delays and poor execution. They lack professionalism and attention to detail, making the entire process frustrating. Definitely best decision we made by choosing Blue Interior over Livspace and Others. We had great experience with Blue Interior. Special thanks to Pooja and Ashkar , they helped us a lot throughout the project. We wanted to install hafele products for which they are studio partner and for some place where we wanted budget friendly there they have their own fittings as well. Designing : 5 ⭐ Implementation : 4 ⭐ Final Finishing : 3.5 ⭐ On Time project completion : 5 ⭐ After Completion Servicing : 4 ⭐ (Servicing is there but few follow ups required) Durability of Products : 5 ⭐ - One suggetion is to have end to end products. For Example kitchen counter-top , painting , doors , window blinds etc they don't have in their portfolio but they have good contacts/suggestions for that. - Also the derby created during the project was not removed. Which i think if blue interior takes care then that would be an add on. - One suggestion if you are going with them then you might need to keep checking whatever is designed is being implemented and not missed. In our case we found two such things which we told our project manager (Sravanan). He declined first but then when we checked in design and showed him he agreed and implemented.
