I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Most of the glowing reviews you see here? Likely paid for or written by their own team. Don’t be fooled. Their project execution is beyond pathetic. Before getting the full payment, they put on their best show, sweet talk, dreamy promises, and flawless presentations. We were completely taken in, thinking we were finally giving our parents the beautifully designed home they deserved. They sold us a dream… and delivered a disaster. We were told the house would be done in 45 days. But they stretched to three months, and what we’ve received is a half-done, sloppy mess with no professional finish. The laborers were completely unskilled, and the so-called operations head was arrogant, careless, and utterly unaccountable. This has been one of the worst decisions we’ve made, a nightmare disguised as an interior service. Please, don’t fall for their marketing gimmicks, fake success stories, or tempting budget quotes. None of it is real. What is real is the stress, frustration, and regret we’ve been left with. Save your money. Go local. Hire skilled carpenters and honest designers who actually care. This company? Not worth a single rupee.

We went with lot of expectations, we started our home journey interior from here No one bothered to cater us. Felt very judgemental. We spent atleast fifteen minutes, no one came to ask anything. There were a lot of people who were seated simply. So disappointing behaviour. Thanks for this discouraging behaviour and for hurting our sentiments. But I am glad this happened, cause I later checked reviews, looks like there are people who are disappointed at these people service and their service is pathetic.

Had a very bad experience with Livspace, recently I engaged them to do interiors for my new 3 BHK in RR nagar, the initial responsiveness is great, the budget and coverage is good, design service and choices are just ok, not very intuitive, they will not think thru the details, you have to pay full upfront before they even start transporting the material to the apartment. The execution was terrible very unresponsive project managers, they will miss many things, won’t respond to calls , delay things lie about stuff loose your apartment keys. You have to severely escalate before you get any decent service. Most of their execution staff is in Yelahanka so no daily presence by project managers at site. I would stay away from Livspace.

I was looking for the best possible option to get the home interiors done of my place, and after exploring the multiple available options, i went ahead with Livspace considering it is the best fit for me. I went through there reviews on Google and made the decision to go ahead with them. Everybody from Livspace was professional and interacted very well. The work progress was tracked by Livspace team by end of each day. I like the final outcome. Also the timeline was maintained and followed properly. The whole process was very transparent. The interior designer was very understanding and provided me all the information needed. I requested for some changes at the last minute, and those were included in the final design plan. The interior designer suggested better design than what I thought of based on the room size. They improved our plan with their expertise. I have visited Livspace Interior Design Studio Marathahalli, and from there I got so many ideas. I have no complaint about the build quality, it is actually very good. The execution team was brilliant. Overall I had excellent experience to get the home interiors done through Livspace.

Update: June 30 ( No response from past 2 weeks, not sure why the staff even get paid here. People who work here so pathetic that they don't even mind answering you when your project is still ongoing, how are they going to support for next 10 years ) Issues PID2616884 The most pathetic company, they are just behind money and nothing else. We have 4 more apartments for future possession and i will probably go with someone who can be trusted. ( already 4 months and not delivered ) The interior designer and operations team have no sync and they have messed up everything - 1 star is too much

All customers who have paid hefty amount to livspace, barely get their calls answered. All they are capable of is installing some pre-engineered wood plank, that too if you are lucky enough, else they might commit mistakes in that too! No finishing in work, delays are obvious in handover. All they do is charge hefty money and provide sub-standard services. Labour are unskilled obviously. STAY AWAY from LIVSPACE, they created nightmare. Your dream will be disaster site once you livspace will put hands on it! All positive reviews are paid and fake. The ones which are genuine customers are still waiting for response and timely handovers. One cannot even reach out at twitter for respond neither founder nor livspace have proper existence in twitter.

WORST COMPANY, CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH LIES I ordered products that were returnable from their online store, and the day after I received them, I wanted to return 2 of the 4 products I bought, which had a 10 day returns policy. I was unable to create the return order from my online profile, so I called their customer care, and they told me I have ti send an email with the details. So I emailed their customer care mentioning all the details of the order and the product to be returned. This was the day after I received the products, and I received an email within 24 hours telling me that I would hear back from their tram shortly. I waited a week to hear back from the company, and when i didn't get any correspondence, I replied to the email asking about my return,and I got an automated reply telling me to login to my profile section on the website and looking under returns. When I did that, I see that the products are showing that they are beyond the returns eligibility as the ten days had passed. This is a deceitful company that seems to be content with cheating their customers. I f they continue like this, I hope they will have no customers left and they will need to shut down. Please beware of them.
