Very poor worrest service, we booked complete 2 bhk home, they spread water only in my 6 feet kitchen then said us service is over pay money only 10 cackroches are dead. Please avoid HI care

We got into 2 year contract when Hicare in June 2024 . Second service was due in Oct 2024 . Inspite of calling them at least 50 times nobody is replying . They are the worst service provider we have ever seen .pls do not ever use their services . It’s amidst a cheating company . Worst service

Update: After several emails asking for a refund that didn't happen I did inform them that I would need to escalate this. Few days later I received a call informing that due to migration to Rentokill there is some data loss issue resulting in these missed services. The service got done pretty quickly after that. One thing to try is to call the Rentokill helpline if you can't reach Hicare. Review: AVOID this brand. Disappointing. I’ve booked a visit more than 10 days ago. Yet to happen. No one answers their WhatsApp messages. Their calls are picked up after 5.5 minutes of waiting time and then put on a 10 minute hold. No technician details can be shared. Regret paying for this in advance. I’ve used HiCare in the past and even recommended to my neighbour in the past. Now I realise why he’s been looking for a replacement. What a great way to lose business.

Their service is very bad. They don't keep up the time and when you call they postpone or say "we couldn't pick up your previous call because we were busy with other customers ". Even to give the services you paid for, they ask you to extend the contract. Pathetic!!!

Hopeless after sales service. They give fake products and collect money! When complaint is raised.. they dont give any resolution! Dont go for their service and loose your money!

Very worst company, please dont pay single rupee to this company, i have been charged for pest control around 7K and its been 4 months no service has been done ad there no proper communication. If -ve starts option was available, i would have given -5 ot this worst company

I had a very worst experience I booked them for Coackroach for a year. It’s been close to three months the Coackroach had not reduced. After every session you got to wait 15days after 15days you call they will take 15days to schedule next call. They are unprofessional poorly managed. Today my session was rescheduled twice I am a working person it’s been very late to my work as I waited to these guys. With refund also they are very bad no one takes the responsibility. They are suppose to refund by April month we are in June month now
