I really appreciate the process and time taken was very smooth and informative.
The only things they need to do that allow a person to sit inside as per their slot until work is finished and provide space to other members as well.

Nice place and well maintained. Good disciplined and polite staff.
Ensure you drop your valuables like a laptop in a car or give it
to your companion or don't take it.
Ensure, you take all your documents, jugad not allowed .

The process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, there’s a long waiting time, and if you arrive before your appointment slot, you’ll have to wait outside—which can be especially inconvenient in hot or rainy weather. This setup can be quite uncomfortable for elderly people or those with health issues. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in appointment handling and queue management.

It’s sad to see they make citizens wait outside on the road and then in the elevator lobby when the waiting room inside was completely vacant. There were some senior citizens too waiting on the road when one could have easily accommodated them. They just wanted to create unnecessary wait time to upsell the premium lounge service.

The process in this centre is easy and smooth... There will be a huge queue especially during peak hours and you have to wait outside on the road.. but the staff is very cooperative...

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent experience my elderly parents had at the VFS Global office during their visa appointment.
I had already paid all required fees in advance, including the biometric fee and visa application fee, on behalf of my parents. However, when they attended their appointment at the VFS office, they were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional INR 4,300 per person for the VFS Global Privilege Premium Lounge service.
This additional charge was neither clearly explained to them nor explicitly authorized by me, the person who submitted and paid for their application. My parents are elderly and were not aware that this was an optional service. It appears they were misled or pressured into paying for a service they neither requested nor needed. This kind of practice is highly concerning, especially when it targets vulnerable individuals who may not fully understand the situation or language.
This feels like a deceptive and unethical practice, and I request an immediate explanation and refund of the unauthorized charges. I also urge VFS Global to review its procedures and ensure transparency and fairness, particularly when dealing with them.

People friendly, well organised. However need to stand in que before getting token number. May be they do have space restrictions. Also if possible go alone, they don't allow anyone apart from the one having appointment, also there is no waiting area for the people who accompany. Though they keep asking hard copies of email, letter and declaration documents, they don't receive that, all would be returned to you. Lots of paper wastage.
