I’ve reduced 1 star for a very obvious discomfort. One of the coat buttons got broken while wearing before an event but to my shock/surprise there were no spare buttons provided, for which I had run around town at the last moment to replace all the buttons… kindly take note of this concern

This is a good shop for budget conscious people. Sells clothes/dresses for Ladies, Gents, Kids, household / kitchen items, footwares and some furniture items. Spread over spacious halls across G+4 floors.

Good thing is drinking water is kept in each staircase. Lift available, No escalator. Restrooms on the top floor.

The main USP is the prices, one can get high end branded and unbranded items at very low prices. Downside is it’s all assorted, have to search and pick up. Finding something may take time as each brand has some size variations

Trial rooms are there, there’s a olden day practice of noting down how many pieces someone is trying (when taking in) and how pieces they select / want to purchase (while coming out) – it wastes time.

Be aware that there’s no return, no exchange, no guarantee for the items/brands.

Parking is available in the basement and roadside, its limited though, gets filled in no time.

They encourage customers to bring their own bag but still give bags, try to stuff all in as much minimal bags as possible

Overall, it’s a nice place for shoppers for their value for money

Visited chickpet store on 13 Sep 2025 after watching their reels. Careless staff, they were not interested at all. They show 1 or 2 pieces and say for your size only these are there. And they show which they want sell , not what we want. If I point them to something looking good they say that’s not your size. It was really frustrating experience. I don’t think this will run for long time. If it’s on a hanger we can choose whatever we want. Don’t waste your time visiting here. And rates doesn’t match what they show to us.

The best! Found me the perfect dress and such lovely service and attention. Not stuffy or overbearing and listen to what you want. I honestly thought I’d have to send this back. We were initially impressed and hoodwinked by the gentle behavior of the seller assuring good discount, but ultimately cheated while making payment.

They manipulated in the invoice, by charging GST extra on the Tag Price, although the price tag of their items clearly mentioning “inclusive of taxes”.

After getting cheated, we noticed in Google Review, many of their customers complained of cheating, modus operandi was same, alluring Good Discount but the manipulation at the time of invoicing.

It is a surprise how they continued cheating the ordinary customers for years by illegal means, without any check by authorities.

We purchased two sweaters from the shop. Total price of the items together was Rs 8325 (Rs 4355+Rs 3970). Price tag of both the sweaters clearly mentioned that the price was inclusive of taxes. While selecting the items, we were assured of 20% discount on those items.
However, at the time of billing, to our surprise we noticed that SGST & CGST totalling Rs 799.20 were charged additionally in the invoice , after providing the said 20% discount. Effectively they provided discount of 10.40% while promising for 20%.

Price tag of both the items clearly mentioned that the price mentioned therein,was inclusive of taxes.

Thus charging the GST additionally “on the tag price inclusive of taxes” at the time of billing is not only illegal but also amounted to cheating to customer.

Narrating this experience I will advise all customer of this shop to be extra careful and not fall to the trap of “Higher Discount”.

Went to this place from a far distance just to see some limited quantity of good products. Didn’t feel worthy at all. There are better options of clothes in stores like Balaji, Om and others. If you stay nearby may be can try but not recommended to try from who stay far.

Located on the DVG road. Shop has 4 floors. When I visited last, I found the deals on kids and baby clothing to be attractive. Other clothing is not as good for young kids, women and men. But branded items can be taken for less price. Quality is for sure compromised as these are not original ones. But can be bought for a quick use. Staff is good in helping up show the required sizes.
