I discovered Moh Mith Fabrics last year, and since then, it has been my go-to place for fabrics. They have a great collection that suits my taste, making it a preferred choice whenever I need quality materials.
Initially, my experience with their service was excellent. The staff was attentive, and the overall shopping experience felt welcoming. However, on my recent visits, I noticed a decline in their service. The staff didn’t seem as helpful or considerate as before. Despite being a regular customer, I felt that my presence wasn’t valued, and there was little effort to engage or assist.
Another thing I observed is that they don’t offer any discounts, even to regular customers. While I understand that quality comes at a price, a little flexibility or acknowledgment of loyalty would go a long way in building customer relationships. When I first started shopping here, they encouraged me to buy from them regularly, but now that I do, it feels like prices have increased, making it a bit expensive.
That being said, their fabric collection remains impressive, which is why I still visit. If they could work on improving customer service and making customers feel more valued, the overall shopping experience would be much better. A good collection needs a good team to sell it, and I hope they address this aspect soon.

It was a very long wait and when l questioned him he was unable to give a valid explanation and not even courteous to apologize. During my visit, I noticed an offer displayed in the store. Before proceeding with my purchase, I specifically confirmed with an employee during the trial that the dress I selected was included in the offer. The employee assured me that it was. However, at the time of billing, the offer was not applied, and the staff informed me that the dress was not part of the promotion.
This entire process wasted over two hours of my time, and despite my concerns, there was no proper response from the manager or the employees. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability made the experience even more frustrating.

I was hesitant about the pant size for a kurta, but Zaid encouraged me to try it on, and it fit perfectly. His expertise and patience made my shopping experience very pleasant.

The best! Found me the perfect dress and such lovely service and attention. Not stuffy or overbearing and listen to what you want. I honestly thought I’d have to send this back. Thought I’d look way to huge or like a marshmallow. But it’s cute and looks good! Perfect for cold days. Although I did order a size down and that was perfect.

I recently discovered this dress cloth store, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The selection is amazing, with so many different styles and colors to choose from which is the real brand. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they really make you feel welcome especially the main owner sits in cashier sanjeev Gupta really pleasing character. The quality of their clothing is top-notch, and I’ve already received so many compliments on the pieces I’ve purchased. I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves fashion and wants to look their best

I had a very bad experience with the soch Indiranagar store, am un happy with the Indiranagar branch service.Thier service was not that upto basic level. The time we go to purchase their welcoming will be warm and respectful .. And if the same item when we r going to return or exchange then we can see the real .I waited and wasted almost more than 2 hrs there..actually material quality issue was there and they were not ready exchange and giving thousands of reasons for that.The item is not in good condition to wear after paying so much.

Very bad experience with billing. They are confused and takes so much longer to complete the transaction. After that time consuming billing they are still not clear about what the customer has built or not. And they keep contacting us asking to send proof of payment and everything. This is very bad customer service. There are better stores with better clothing with a Brand. I don’t think I will ever visit again..

The collection for indo western was limited, even though I found what I wanted, it needed a lot of alteration, when I came back to try the altered dress and it didn’t fit perfectly, I asked for more fixes. They did it, still not the best but I hesrd the staff talk to each other and say “Bahot Natak Hai” to me asking for fixes and judging for not accepting whatever was offered (unreasonable especially considering the dress was so expensive). Plus they said it will be done by a certain time and they didn’t stick to it.
Other than that, good collection.

Very good experience in Soch Indranagar store …staff is all very good here and the tailor Raghu is very quick and expert in his work and at other stores usually tailors avoid doing alteration work but here is quick and very customer oriented and best experience here 🙂 at billing also had pleasant experience overall

Had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff. Went to purchase a legging. Could figure out from the expression of the female staff that she is least interested in showing the matching color. She is not bothered about your presence. Very judgemental.
Recommend to avoid this particular branch of soch.

I had bought an ethnic gown and given for alteration at Soch Indiranagar 100ft road. I must mention that the alteration (tightening) was a disaster even after multiple corrections.
The tailor Raghu is not at all good at baisc altering. After making him correct it the 3 rd time, I couldn’t even remove the gown anymore as he made it so tight.
Highly disappointed!!!
The other ladies don’t even know to take proper measurements.
Even basic alteration cannot be done by such professional tailors.

Visited The Collective at UB City recently to pick up a pair of sunglasses. As one of the more well-known luxury retail spots in Bangalore, it generally carries a good mix of high-end brands — from Hugo and Ralph Lauren to D&G, Fred Perry, Hackett and more.
The store is well-maintained and the staff was really helpful throughout. They patiently showed me multiple options based on what I was looking for, without rushing or pushing for a quick sale, which I appreciated.
One thing that did disappoint me was that although their website lists perfumes as part of their offerings, this particular outlet doesn’t stock any. I was hoping to pick out a specific perfume in person, so that was a bit of a letdown.
That said, if you’re looking for premium clothing or accessories under one roof, this is a solid place to visit. Just a heads-up — if Hugo is your preferred brand, there’s a dedicated Hugo store within UB City itself that carries a wider collection than what’s available here.
