Croma - JP Nagar

Extremely disappointed with the service at Croma JP Nagar. I visited the store to purchase a JBL Sound Bar 500 after being assured by the salesperson (Mr. Deepak) that the product was in stock. Based on that assurance, I paid in full — only to be told after the transaction that the product would be delivered from their warehouse. An hour later, a used/opened product was delivered to my home. I refused to accept it and requested an immediate cancellation and refund. This kind of misleading behavior is unacceptable — especially from a Tata brand like Croma. I expected better from such a reputed name. Totally unprofessional experience — be careful and double-check before you make a purchase here.

Extremely disappointed with Croma, no this store per se. Bought a microwave and in less than 2 yrs, with use only twice a day for heating coffee and meals, the front plate buttons are worn off. We had purchased extended warranty for this product. Today is end of 3rd week since complaint and visit by technician. Croma is still "working with extended warranty team to do a replacement". IF this is the service they give with extended warranty purchase, its better to not buy anything Croma. No one from the store helps if you have problems with the product. Never buy anything Croma and never from this store. For once they get the money, they don't care.

I have always trusted Croma for buying electronic items, and Croma used to be my go to Store. But this time was disappointing possibly the worst experience I have had there. I walked in intending to buy a mobile phone, but shockingly, there was no staff member available or even interested in assisting us. We waited, looked around, and left within two minutes due to the complete lack of engagement and care. What was more frustrating is that it’s not about the value of the purchase, it’s about how customers are treated. I ended up going to Reliance Digital right after, where we were welcomed, guided helpfully, and shown options promptly. Because of their service, I bought the phone from Reliance without a second thought. Croma may not have lost much in this one transaction, but it’s about reputation. That kind of carelesness drives loyal customers away. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had this experience.

Such places are made to be crowded. They should have more structured employees. There were a lot of them roaming around but at the time of billing it was just a machine or two. We had to literally wait for 20 minutes just for a billing thing. So that thing I didn't like about the place. Everything was good otherwise.

This is the worst Croma experience I had! Please if you guys are planning to but iPhone please don’t go! There’s no staff In that sector! And the staff doesn’t even bother attending the customer! When asked to evaluate the phone the guy didn’t even bother checking the phone and said a random price! It’s frustrating when a trusted brand like Croma fails to offer transparent and fair service, especially when customers come in with genuine expectations. This experience has made me lose confidence in Croma, and I will not be returning for any future transactions—buying or selling. I hope they reconsider how they handle trade-ins and treat customers with more clarity and respect going forward. I hope Croma takes this on a serious note and improve their quality It’s just spoiling the name of Tata product.

Pathetic service. I went to buy a monitor and not a single salesperson had the courtesy to attend me. Even after asking for help, I was ignored and left wandering around the store with zero assistance. If this is how Croma treats its customers, then it’s not worth anyone’s time or trust. Absolutely unprofessional, careless, and disappointing. People walk into Croma expecting reliable service, but all they’ll find is neglect. Don’t waste your time here.
