Very Disappointed with Service – No Support from Devi international or Samsung I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Devi international,and it has been a frustrating experience from the start. The refrigerator started making abnormal noise soon after installation. I raised multiple complaints (3–4 times) with Samsung customer care, but there has been no proper response or resolution. I also tried contacting Devi international directly, but their phone numbers are either unreachable or not connecting. There has been no follow-up, no technician visit, and no accountability from their side. Their attitude has been completely negligent, and I feel let down as a customer. This kind of poor after-sales service is unacceptable, especially for a reputed brand like Samsung. I would not recommend Devi international to anyone looking for reliable service or support.

I have been visiting Devi International for the last 10 years, but this time my experience was very disappointing. Today, I visited the store with my brother. At the entrance itself, the atmosphere felt like Shivajinagar/market-style business, which is not what I expect from Devi. In the first section (Oppo section), I clearly told the staff multiple times that I did not want to buy an Oppo phone, as I was specifically looking for a Nothing phone. Still, they forcefully and confusingly handed me an Oppo device, billed it, and made me purchase it against my choice. This kind of approach is extremely unprofessional and feels like market-style selling. When I came home, I was not happy with the phone experience. I will still use it since it is purchased, and I don't have any problem using the device itself. But the way it was forced on me is very disappointing. Customers should never be treated this way. I usually come to Devi because of the trust and professionalism of Mr. Narendra. I was about to inform him personally today, but he was busy with another customer, so I chose to express my experience here. I purchased this device from a staff member ( I don't know his name). Mr. Narendra, please look into this matter seriously. Customers like me visit Devi because of your reputation, not to face such market-style forceful selling. This should not happen with other customers. It was truly a disgusting experience to be forced into buying something immediately upon entering the store.

Very Bad Experience – Misleading and Poor Service! I had a terrible experience with this electronic shop. I clearly told them I was interested in buying a Samsung refrigerator, but they convinced me to go for a Panasonic one instead, saying it was better. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. The refrigerator started giving problems within a few weeks – poor cooling, strange noises, and water leakage. When I reached out to the shop for help, their attitude completely changed. They were rude, unprofessional, and gave no proper solution. They kept making excuses and refused to replace or repair it properly. This shop seems more interested in pushing sales than helping customers. I feel cheated and regret trusting their recommendation. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here.

Made a purchase from here as I was recommended this store by a friend. Regret making the purchase . I got a blue star AC and have raised a complaint in November 2024, the compressor makes a horrible noise, I’m unable to use the AC as it disturbs the other residents, I have been repeatedly trying to request them to attend to it but the response is pathetic from Devi team. I’d suggest to never purchase from here.

Terrible after sales service experience. I purchased a TV on August 24, 2025, and it took a full 5 days for a technician to visit. Upon his arrival, we were informed that only a fixed wall-mount bracket was included, not the table-top stand we expected. To make things worse, he demanded an additional ₹1400 for a separate rotating wall mount bracket. He was asked to come back the next day since no one else was available except my mother and e ad not called us before visiting. We are following from last 10 days and never received response from Store. The lack of communication and the attempt to charge for a basic service component is completely unacceptable. Still issue is not yet fixed.
