Pooja invested ample time to decide design , patterns for the dresses as per my body type . This gives her edge over other available boutiques in the area (trust me I have been to most of them ) . The whole team has been very supportive to resolve any last minute fitting issue

I am sharing the full dupatta with heavy work here which cost 7K especially 3650 INR for a dupatta, and if you are proud to charge 7k then u must provide the quality of work, We have given the cloth on 25 Sep 2021 and your date was given was 08 Oct 2021 but 16th Oct 3:31 PM, I came in an OLA and take the clothes, I couldn't check the full work since I came in between my office time. When I saw the HEAVY work you did I was wondered that it is so poor work even the 5 sequences in a flower even flips(This detail images also I am attaching here). Hardly work which I can do myself with a needle and black thread and on top each corner you forgot to put hanging forget about the design you show me the work itself was so bad in a way we came on 19th Oct and given back the entire set for work. I can't even say it is reworked since there is no professional work. Both you and your staff were there we didn't say anything and you accepted and asked for one week to fix it. After another 3 weeks on the line 09 Nov 7:25 PM I came not 9:30 PM as you are lying but it's fine since we are not expecting any sanity on how you treat customers. Not only me whoever has commented a negative reality you have responded the same way, I came to your shop and asked that time your staff said you are not there, once my husband puts a review about it. You said here we came and threaten you and staff, We are living in Bangalore past 10 years and we also come here for working as you do, There are a lot of people in crores living here and even girls they are living here peacefully. Please stop playing this girl game when a person puts a review, we even had recorded the entire conversation since we are expecting this kind of behavior. You have threatened us by saying you will make us famous on social media. When we came last time your staff was saying you guys won't give the clothes and returned the cloth without a single change. You said we found something online cheap and saying? If we can spend 10K for a cloth we have that much mind to give 7K for stitching also, but you said right we are finding 100X better designs on amazon in 1/10 price of you charged since it is ruined we would like to buy it. If you have put the effort of replying to us and faking the mistakes, If you give that quality, you never will get the reviews here. Not only me so many people had the same experience in this row itself. In my entire life, I have made so many clothes and got stitched expensive and cheap, but this kind of experience is very first & rarest . And we are not asking to give your Heavy works, give a work which at least we can wear. Now we need to buy another dupatta and make the work for not losing our expensive clothes which took from temple I am attaching all the ola rides and work here so that we really don't have time to debate on your cooked stories.
