I recently bought my second guitar Yamaha FSX80c from the shop and what a experience it was. Excellent customer service and shoutout to Nielson for helping me with choosing the right guitar and being so kind and patient.

The place looked good and the people there were fine. But there was loud music blaring and we weren't able to check the sound of the guitars that we were interested in buying. We asked them to stop the music, but they didn't.

I accompanied my husband and went with him to this store, I am absolutely disgusted with my experience. We purchased an electric guitar for 18k and a speaker for 16k each, fully aware of the online prices, but he thought he'd support the local store. Big mistake. Reynolds charged him an extra 2k each, claiming it was for GST, which was just a blatant scam. The strings on the guitar rusted and broke in the first week, so we went back to the store expecting a simple string replacement. Instead, we were met with nothing but hostility and verbal abuse from the staff, right in front of other customers. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. We had to pay AGAIN for something that should have been covered. The customer service is beyond awful. The employees are rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. It's as if they think they’re doing you a favor by letting you buy from them, despite charging more than online retailers. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Online stores offer better service, better prices, and way better customer care. I’ve never felt so insulted as a paying customer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Reynolds. This place is a complete joke, and I will never step foot in here again.

Well, I happened to end up in this store after visiting many other musical stores in Bangalore. I was either disappointed in staff's behaviour, or couldn't find the right product. The store is quite big and easily noticeable from normal traffic. Parking facilities available. I was made to wait for around 30mins to speak to the concerned person as he was busy with other customers. And it was worth the wait. Mr.Sunil who has good Knowledge of guitar and his humble behaviour towards customers is pleasing. I was there to pick up a electric guitar to gift my sister. However, I had my homework done before visiting the store, I never felt it was necessary. Mr.Sunil helped me choose the right one understanding my requirements. They got some good collection of musical instruments. And especially guitars. This is the best musical store in Bangalore to pick up a guitar.

I have enquired and requested for Yamaha PSR SX 920 Keyboard through phone and it was delivered to me in store as promised. BIIIGGGG Thanks to Mr. Sunil to make this happen.

Good Store to buy musical instruments. I bought a Yamaha Pacifica 012 electric guitar for my son. There is a Shop Assistant whose name is Divakar he helped me lot... Very good customer support and well-coming behaviour.
