Extremely helpful staff that guide you throughout the buying process especially if you are a beginner and dont try to upsell you with accessories that you dont require. The store also has a classroom where they have weekly classes for those who would like in person tutorials. recommend visiting once

Best place to buy and repair guitars in and around Whitefield Bangalore. Jeet the owner and Nitesh the staff at Marathalli store know their music inside out. Especially, Nitesh who can play damn fine metal music on his electric guitar.

Got cheated as a beginner buyer of a guitar. They told me it was good product and assured me of quality. I recently started classes and my guitar teacher told me that my guitar has extremely high action, which is why my fingers were hurting so much. After getting that fixed, we realised that the 2nd fret is buzzing. The buzzing fret is a manufacturing defect. I was told only a luthier might be able to fix it. The shop owner refused to take responsibility for the defect and said it’s my problem, since I quote "you’ve already paid GST, now you have to deal with it". Horrible customer service. Avoid the place if you can. After they said they wouldn’t buy it back, I asked if they would fix it. I just wanted them to take responsibility for the manufacturing defect which I couldn’t have identified myself as soon as I bought it, knowing nothing about guitars. This was a breach of trust. They will make me pay for the fix. Which I’ll do now, as I’m left with no other choice. But their bedside manner needs a lot of improvement. Hanging up on a frustrated customer is absolutely unacceptable. I had to post a bad online review to get their attention.
