Nalli Silk Sarees at Marathahalli

Excellent spread and choice of colors, fabric, variety of silks. The sales folks like Suresh were extremely patient with 5 ladies over 2 hours. Shop was well conditioned and very well stocked. Has parking and very helpful staff to wait and p¹help in parking. Amazing experience.

I must say that I am heavily disappointed by the treatment I received from the security personnel of this establishment. It was raining and I had just taken shelter in front of the shop with my scooter. I made sure I didn’t obstruct the entry and didn’t bother anyone. Despite this the security personnel kept telling me to move on, telling me that the rain has stopped ( it hadn’t). I requested him that I would move as soon as the rain stops but he wouldn’t listen. I had to move on away in the rain because of this. I just wish the personnel treated people with more compassion.

Naveen very patiently showed me the type and fabrics of sarees I was looking for. I even bought few of them along with a suit piece. Prices seemed little high but the quality should make up for it. Nice thing was the store at Marathalli was not overcrowded at all and I spend good amount of time with the salesperson in selecting the sarees.

Nalli Silks Marathahalli has an excellent collection of sarees across various price range. We found the exact type and colour we were looking for within our desired budget. The quality is authentic and impressive. The staff was prompt and helpful, with a special mention to Shiv Shankar, who was extremely patient and had a keen sense of colour and taste. He quickly identified the right shades based on our requirements and reference photos. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience. However, we were disappointed that despite making a large purchase, the main counter did not offer a big carry bag, there was no complementary gifts given, like big travel bag or any food coupons etc which generally is given in other showrooms to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. 2 star less for the same!

Varieties are good. Customer service Karthik M did a fantastic job. Showed all varieties without any hesitation. Never seen such a best sales person in other shops. Awesome.

Last week, we visited this store.They have a lot of collection of beautiful sarees - Kanjeevaram, Bangalore Silk, South Cotton, Georgette benarasi, coimbatore silk etc. All sarees are budget friendly. We bought couple of sarees. Thanks to Mr Suresh who helped us to select best sarees. He has a lot of patience. I will definitely recommend this store.
