SMS Packers and Movers

I got to know of SMS Packers & Movers from a friend of mine who said that they were good at their service & their rates which made me have some expectations from them and the service they provided very much exceeded my expectations. They came perfectly on the time they had proposed with enough people and a clean vehicle. They soon began their work and were so quick and precise with their work and extra careful wherever needed in case of the fridge, TV, washing machine, etc. They finished shifting our 2bhk house in just 2 trips which was above expectation. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Very good work! They take care of all the packing, safely, and the moving by their own vehicle. All my goods were delivered intact. They take short time, so they do not fold clothes but rather store them all in cartons, but it is very efficient and fast. Very good, thanks SMS Packers and Movers!!

Service was excellent and very professional! The team needed two trips to complete the shifting, but they did an amazing job both times. It was a peaceful and smooth move, thanks to their efficiency. Horrible service. Destroyed all our furniture out of carelessness despite us telling them to handle it with care. Have no experience, absolutely zero professionalism and do not listen at all. They don't care since it's not their furniture. We paid twice the price hoping for a good service but utterly disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Also refused to unpack the boxes after moving. They left with almost 20 boxes kept in the living room. My family had to stay up the night to make some space to sleep. All the boxes are dirty and they mix up items even if you say not too They put paints and clothes in the same box even though I begged them not to

Pathetic service. I don't know how they got 4.7 rating. MOST OF THE POSITIVE RATINGS ARE FAKE.These guys just talk nice till you book and pay advance. Afterwards they stop receiving calls. My household damage were damaged and said it will get covered in insurance. And these guys had purchased wrong insurance where damages were not covered. Now when I am trying to contact them, none of them is receiving calls. Dont trust these unprofessional people, go with some trusted packers and movers.
